Wire Cutting and Stripping Machine PowerStrip 9500 For Flexible, Powerful Wire Processing Based on its extensive know-how in wire-stripping technology, Schleuniger has launched a new generation of automatic wire cutting and stripping machines with the introduction of the PowerStrip 9500. Simple operation, precise and repeatable stripping quality, high processing throughput, powerful cutting and stripping performance, unmatched flexibility and nearly unlimited processing capabilities are the hallmarks of this machine. Innovative The Powerstrip 9500 impresses with it s modular design, allowing for a configuration adjusted to the machine s main applications. Based on the same machine, five models are available. You can choose between two different feed systems (belt or roller drive) and two different wire guide variations. The machine will also accept an additional rotary stripping unit which significantly enhances its processing capabilities by permitting for instance the stripping of coaxial cables and tough wire insulation. In combination with Schleuniger prefeed, marking and stacking systems the PowerStrip 9500 is the heart of a fully automatic wire processing production line. Versatile The unique, patented cutting head permits simultaneous operation of several blade pairs, such as: V-blades, radius blades, die blades, wire-specific stripping blades, or slitting and bending tools. By adding the universal rotary stripping unit the machine offers virtually unlimited stripping capabilities. User-Friendly Operating the PowerStrip 9500 is simplicity at its best. The easy-to-read graphic display shows the wire being processed along with the parameters selected. The machine settings are pre-programmed for all popular standard wires and can be called up. All parameters can be programmed individually via menu control a critical advantage when it comes to non-standard applications. To Be Precise. Models PowerStrip 9500 RF / 9500 BF PowerStrip 9500 P The Standard Versions The PowerStrip 9500 models RF and BF are the standard versions within this product family. Both versions are fully electric, equipped with the moveable cutting head and a swivelling guide tube. The RF model transports the cable with rollers and the BF model (picture) with a belt drive system. Both machines already cover a wide range of the application possibilities of the PowerStrip 9500. The Powerful The PowerStrip 9500 P is largely built analogue to the BF model but adds pneumatics to enhance guide tube pivoting strength, which is more suited for processing thicker and tougher cables. Additionally the vertically moveable exit guide guarantees troublefree slug removal. PowerStrip 9500 RS PowerStrip 9500 RSL The Coax Specialist The RS model shows the following features: upstream rotary stripping unit, belt transport system positioned close to the cutting head and two vertically moveable cable guides. This allows for highest precision when positioning the cable, impeccable stripping and proper slug removal. The PowerStrip 9500 RS complies with the even most rigid requirements for the stripping of high frequency cables. The All-Rounder The RSL model combines the power and processing possibilities of a PowerStrip 9500 P with the advantages of the RS model. Hereby the rotary stripping unit acts as a freely programmable, universal die blade for the damage-free pre-processing of the cable and the moveable standard cutting head then finishes the processing of the cable. The RSL model is specially suited for demanding (tough, difficult, thin) isolations, multi-core cables as well as coaxial cables with long strips.

Possible Combinations By adding Schleuniger subsystems you can turn the PowerStrip 9500 into a complete production line. CAN-bus technology permits centralized, suitably coordinated control of the various components via the PowerStrip 9500. Wire Stackers/-Coiler WS 500 / 1000 Passive wire stackers for lengths up to 3000 mm (118 "). WS 3000 Active, modular expandable wire stacker for lengths from 300 6500 mm (12" 255.9"). CableCoiler 2000 High-End cable coiler with two coiling stations, fully synchronised with the PowerStrip 9500.
