Guest: Jim Whitcomb Agenda was approved as amended. The June minutes were reviewed and approved. Jim Whitcomb, CSC, reported on the recent report for Indirect Discharge: Disposal Field #3, Pump #2 not working. Have received one quote and waiting for another. Catch Basin near mailboxes on Williston Woods Road will be repaired as well as ditches on Meadow Bend. Culvert near mailboxes on Meadow Bend were inspected by Dirt Tech; recommend we do nothing at this point. Will review roads for possible paving projects. Working on receiving quotes from trash haulers. Recommend a new Capital Needs Assessment to include cost projects. Will research vendors to get quotes. Will get quotes for insulation for Activity Center roof. Treasurer: $147,899.71 General Fund R/V: Still need four residents to submit forms for RV parking. Property Manager will contact them. Activity Committee: Card Making: Xmas Card Camp July 29 th, 12 PM. Trees & Grounds: Ash tree located near 137 Williston Woods Road is dying; will see if Northland Job Corps can take it down next year. Buildings: One request for modification of front porch approved -306 Gulllybrook.
