About Organization D.M. (Durga Madhur) Educational Santhans, is registered as a not-for-profit society in Azamgarh, U.P., India, & founded in July 2013 by Dr. Ajay K. Meanwhile this seasoned team has grown to a team of nine peoples, & our executive committee (IIT, IIM, MD, CEO, Project Manager of the company, senior scientist from Indian and international laboratories). This team, their technology innovations, strategic collaborations with the Asian, European, UK, USA institutions/universities, and industry create a state-of-the art infrastructure, positioning DMEI perfectly to successfully undertake the most demanding challenges of the World. Brief description of the institute Centre for Education and Technology- Asian International Skill Development Institute (CET-AIMI) Currently, India is facing challenges to develop skilled professionals to fill the existing skills gap in the country. The overall skills gap in the country is estimated at over 10 million per year and the 12 th Plan has embarked on a modest target to skill 80 million people by the year 2019. Along with the need to develop skilled professionals, there is also a simultaneous need to align the education systems with skills development of the country. An effective alignment requires the formulation and development of National Occupational Standards. The CET-AIMI is stand for Centre for Education and Technology- Asian International Skill development Institute (M-Movable/Mobile). The CET-AIMI Institute of Skill Development is an initiative focused on imparting demand driven market relevant courses in the light of the following concept "Learn today and earn tomorrow" in order to broaden the base of capacity building and workforce development. It is no secret that the "Skill Gap" is marked as the main obstacle in the area of entry level employment. This is a reality even if one has high intelligence, sincerity and considerably good academic records. The CET-AIMI prepares a young High- Tech person to become skilled and industry ready so that he can move towards workplace. Centre for Radiation Hard Detector Research Institute (CRHDRI) In order to take enhanced step in learning about silicon radiation hard detectors & radiation detection instrumentation in India, the CRHDRI and Alibava Systems (www.alibavasystems.com/), Barcelona, Spain have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the design and development of silicon radiation detector and systems for the Indian universities (central, private), research institute (public and private), Engg. College (central, private), companies (Govt., private) involved in the radiation detection experiments. We have developed an unique and innovative products; Alibava system (for research)- is a portable and compact readout system for microstrip sensor characterization, it provides information such as the Charge Collection Efficiency (CCE), time profile, real time display of the events in each channel, temperature, and many more, Educational Alibava System (EASy)- is a portable, compact and complete system for microstrip sensor characterization- It familiarizes the students with concepts such as MIP, charge deposition, full depletion and interstrip pitch among others, TCT (Transient Current Technique) for the research and education of students at Alibava Systems, Barcelona, Spain and the products are experimentally verified at our collaborating CERN, Geneva-RD50 institutes.

The Alibava Systems and CRHDRI can undertake design and development of new projects compact tracker telescope, customized Si detector products & offer particle physics, Nuclear, medical physics instrumentation to user specific requirement. Our mission is to provide technological services to the Physics Research Community (Particle Physics and Nuclear Physics), from readout and characterization electronics, to detector development and fabrication, including full system integration, mechanics, interconnection, and services. The unique concept of CRHDRI is to guide the job oriented projects (research institutes, industry, universities) to the college, university, engineering, & doctorate students in the different state with our partners (Company/research institute/university/corporate) in order to increase the employability of our students in the aforementioned field. DM International School (DMIS) The DMI school (Kindergarten School) is started in the year of July, 2013 & running successfully on the CBSE curriculum (P) with 75+ students and providing education to the our Play Group, Nursery, LKG, UKG only and an unique multiple skill scholastic and non-scholastic programme (CMSP) is arranging every year by CET-AIMI for the academic development of our students. The school is having qualified teaching staff (B.
