Building hours: First Sunday of the Fair from 1:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. and Monday through Thursday 11:00 A.M. 9:00 P.M. and Friday and Saturday 10:00 A.M. 10:00 P.M. Rules Governing the Creative Living Building 1. All entries must have been finished since October last year (except Antiques). 2. Only one entry in each class will be accepted. 3. All articles come under the charge and control of the superintendents and cannot be removed until Sunday, end of Fair, between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M. Articles not removed become the property of the Fair unless prior arrangements are made. 4. All proper care will be used to prevent damage, breakage, or misplacement of articles but the Association will not become responsible for the same under any circumstances whatsoever. 5. All rules must be observed by exhibitors and no deviation from them will be allowed. 6. No marks or names indicating ownership of exhibits will be allowed before the prizes are awarded. Any such marks or names indicating ownership must be covered. After prizes are awarded, owners desiring to sell articles will be allowed to put name and price on them. 7. Competitive system of judging will be used in all cases. 8. Articles competing for premiums must be strictly "homemade" by the exhibitor. 9. Where there is no competition, placing will be made by judge. 10. During the duration of the Fair and check out, positively no one except the workers will be allowed behind the gates. 11. No one can pick up items for anyone else without the item s entry ticket stub or without approval of the Superintendent. 12. All entries from other counties must be made in person. No parcel post or express packages will be received.
