Exhibits shall have been made, completed or prepared by exhibitor and never before exhibited at Riley Festival. 3. No entry fee will be charged. 4. Exhibits will be judged in two categories: JUNIOR: 16 and under and SENIOR: 17and above; except when there are less than 3 entries in a section. 5. The Hancock County Extension Homemakers will use all diligence to assure the safety of articles after arrival and during the festival. They will in no case be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. 9. We reserve the right to combine, add or separate sections, according to the number of entries received. 10. All entries for Food Preservation MUST be labeled with the date preserved, the method used and the content of the entry. 11. All entries in all Food Preparation must include the recipe. 12.
