March 2013 Newsletter of the Brenham, TX Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association The Informant The newest employee of the Brenham Police Department is Hunter Andras, a Houston native. Hunter has a BS in Business Management from the University of Alabama. Welcome Officer Andras!! Dates to remember this month CPA class 6:30pm 3/21 CPA class 6:30pm 3/28 CPA class 6:30pm 4/4 General Meeting 7pm 4/8 He says he always wanted to be in law enforcement and has graduated from TEEX in College Station. His law enforcement career began this February at the Brenham Police Department. His parents live in Brenham and an older sister lives in Houston. They are all avid polo players. Hunter also enjoys hunting and weight lifting. Besides being a good officer, he hopes to one day be a member of the SWAT. Eventually he would like to be a detective and an FBI Officer. FYI there were about 1000 riders and 30 wagons and or auxiliary units in the trail ride on Saturday; along with 4 injuries that required EMS units to respond.

Ronny is the newest police dog and has already been instrumental in several arrests. Class 27 going strong. Send me your pics!!!
