Episode #24. My Job s the Hardest [00;12;00;00] #1. EXT. GARAGE - SUNSET (VO) My Job s the Hardest! NA The little buses are returning to the garage after a long day at work. Oh. I m so tired Hi, Rogi. Oh. Hi, Tayo. Why are you so down? Well Work was tougher than usual today Oh. But I bet it wasn t as tough as mine What? I never get a chance to rest because I have so many passengers. That s no big deal. Lots of demanding children get on at my route. My route is harder. I have to drive uphill! GANI/ Hi, guys.

What s going on? Rogi keeps saying how his route is harder than mine Huh? Hmph! It s true! You guys have no idea how hard my route is! If you want to talk about hard, my route s the hardest! I have lots of fussy passengers. What s so hard about that? Anyone can handle that. How do you know? You haven t tried it. Huh! The way I see it, both of you have easy jobs. (Overlaps with Rogi) What? / What did you say? I could do a lot better if I took over your route. I could do even better than you. None of you are even close to as good as I am. GANI (Off) You guys

GANI How about switching your routes for a day tomorrow? // Switch routes for a day? GANI Yes. You d be able to find out whose route is the hardest. Okay, fine. I m up to it. What? Same here! Huh? GANI (Overlaps) Did everyone decide whose route they re going to take? // Yes. (Off) Lani will take Rogi s route (Off) Rogi will take Tayo s route

(Off) And Tayo will take Lani s route. GANI Oh Are you sure you ll be all right? // Of course! He-he. Your passengers will fall in love with me! That s what you think! NA The little buses decided to switch their routes for the day. GANI I hope nothing goes wrong [00;14;29;00] #3. EXT. S ROUTE (SUBCENTER OF CITY) DAY The bus stop is near here. I m going to do even better than Rogi. / The bus should be here by now. / I m going to be late. Good morning. Where s Rogi? I m in a hurry

I m filling in for Rogi today. My name is Lani. /2/3 Oh? Really? Yes. I ll make sure you have a pleasant ride. Well, why didn t you say so? Please open your door. Oh, right. I m sorry. Welcome aboard! I m late for my morning conference. I m going to be late. (M) Hmm They must be in a hurry I have to be as nice as possible. Isn t the weather nice today? CHILD Ha (Laughs at Rogi) What was that? Huh? I didn t expect this.

[00;16;11;00] #5. EXT. S ROUTE (RESIDENTIAL AREA) DAY Good morning. Hmm? It s a new bus! I m here instead of Lani today. I m Tayo, at your service. Oh? Hmm I like Lani because she s nice and fun Ha-ha. I m much more fun to ride than Lani! Really? How so? He-he. Watch this. Hmph!, 2, 3 Oh my! / Ew! / Ugh! (M) He-he I bet they ll love me now. Ew What was that? That s filthy! What? (Overlaps with passenger 2) I hate filthy things! Ugh, that was disgusting!

What? Aw I m I m very sorry That s weird The kids love that trick [00;16;58;00] #6. EXT. S ROUTE (SUBCENTER OF CITY) - DAY Huh? The traffic is so congested. The passengers must be bored. Everyone, you must be bored because of the traffic jam. But don t worry, I ll take you to your destination. I m really going to be late The other lane seems faster, how about changing lanes? Huh? Oh, okay. Um Huh? Hmm Hmph! Aah! RATCH You shouldn t pop out like that! It s dangerous! Oh! I m I m sorry. I m really going to be late! Let s just return to the first lane. Oh Okay. TAXI We almost had an accident! Don t just stand there. Let s go. Rogi was always quick and he always took the faster lane.

I m sorry. I m sorry. Oh What should I do? (VO) Tayo, the Little Bus. [00;18;00;00] #7. EXT. S ROUTE (DOWNTOWN) - AFTERNOON I embarrassed myself trying to imitate Tayo. Not one of my best moments for sure. Still! I can do much better than Tayo! I know! They ll like me better when they see my driving skills! Excuse me. Can I cut in? YELLOW COMPACT CAR Huh? O-okay. Excuse me. Can I cut in? BLUE COMPACT CAR Huh? Okay (Off) Here we go! Yipee! MOTHER 1 Oh my! Aah! Well? What do you think? MOTHER 1 You shouldn t drive so fast. You scared my baby. Huh? I m sorry I should calm the baby down. He-he. Hey, kid. Do you want to hear a song?

MOTHER 1 Good idea. Tayo used to sing to him as well. Ha-ha. CHILD 1 Sing me a song! He-he. (Clears throat) Ahem, hem. Wake up bright and early and the sun is smiling in the sky. Little bus Rogi! TRUCK What? Ugh Argh. (Off) Wash yourself and eat a hearty breakfast and it s time to fly. CHILD (In distress) Ugh What the heck! You re a horrible singer! MOTHER Please! Stop! Huh? Oh Okay [00;19;19;00] #8. EXT. S ROUTE (RESIDENTIAL AREA) - AFTERNOON (Off) He s a friendly little bus. With his friends or alone. Umm. Tayo, was it? Snore Snore Yes. That s my name!

I m sorry, but would you mind keeping quiet? You re distracting me from my book. Mmm Snort! Snore. Huh! Okay. I m sorry. My young passengers like my singing I d better be quiet. Snore. Huh? Where are we? Tayo! Yes? Is the department store very far? We already passed it. (Nonchalantly) Oh? Really? (Surprised) What? Why didn t you say so? Stop the bus! Okay! Hmph!, 2, 3 Aah! / Oh my! / Whoa! Aah! Is everyone okay? Ow You shouldn t stop suddenly! Lani would never drive so dangerously!

And she always told us about the stops beforehand! Oh no I m so sorry. [00;20;21;00] #9. EXT. ROAD IN FRONT OF THE CITY HALL - SUNSET NA There s Tayo, on his way back to the garage after work. Huh? Lani? Huh? Oh, hi Tayo. (Overlaps) Hi... (Weakly) Hi guys Oh, hi Rogi. (Giggles) (Overlaps) Hi. How was work, Rogi? Huh? (Exaggerates) It was wonderful! Everyone absolutely loved me! What about you, Lani? Huh? Your route was a walk in the park. He-he What about you, Tayo?

Oh, I was very popular. The passengers really liked me. Should we switch again tomorrow? / Absolutely not! I guess you re right. He-he NA The little buses must have had a hard day. PASSENGER 4/ 5/MALE / MOTHER 2/ CHILD 2/ OFFICE WORKER The tire s punctured I m in a hurry Huh? What s that sound? (Off) Something s going on over there. (Off) Gani! MOTHER 2 Do you want me to carry you? CHILD Yes, please. He-he. PASSENGER 4 Gosh GANI Huh? You guys! MOTHER 2 Upsy-daisy.

PASSENGER 4 What should we do? PASSENGER 5 What can we do? MALE I don t know Gani, what s wrong? What happened? GANI One of my tires is flat. Really? Are you okay? GANI (Off) I m fine, but I don t know what to do about my passengers. PASSENGER 5 How do we get home? PASSENGER 4 I have no idea OFFICE WORKER 4 Can somebody please give me a ride? I m in a bit of a hurry Hmm Sir. Why don t you let Rogi take you? I learned something new today. I think Rogi s much better than me when it comes to passengers in a hurry. La Lani

MOTHER 2 Excuse me Yes? MOTHER 2 Can we also get a ride with you? Hmm He-he. You should ride Tayo instead of me. Children love Tayo the most. (Moved) Oh? Rogi PASSENGER 5 Then who should we ride? You should go with Lani. She s the kindest bus. I actually had a very hard time today. Tayo has a really hard route. No, we re just better at different things. And we all work routes that suit us the best. / That s so true. Ha-ha-ha-ha. GANI Everything s worked out. He-he. Well, Gani. We ll be leaving now. GANI (Overlaps) Okay.

Toto s on his way here. He-he. See you later. (Giggles) GANI Okay. Thanks, you guys. NA The little buses finally understand that each route is difficult. And that each bus is best suited for their own route.
