Exhibits must be entered on MONDAY from 4:00-7:00 p.m. or TUESDAY from 7:30-11:00 a.m. exception: Floriculture and Horticulture, which are to be entered on THURSDAY from 7:30-11:00 a.m. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. 6. All judging will begin at 1:00 p.m. on TUESDAY except Floriculture and Horticulture, which will be judged at 1:00 p.m. on THURSDAY and Ugly Cake Contest (Page 8) which will be judged on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. 8. Exhibits must be removed between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Sunday evening. NO PICTURES will be taken of winners. All exhibitors will receive coverage in print. Any exhibits not removed will be held in the fair office for two weeks. They will be disposed of if not picked up at the end of two weeks. 9. No restriction on number of blue, red or white ribbons in any department. One purple ribbon per age group, per department will be awarded. Exhibit will be judged on its own merit of an award. Judge s decision is final. 10. All entries need to be grown by and/or designed and constructed by entrant as each class and lot dictates in rules. THIS INCLUDES ALL AGE GROUPS. 11. Exhibits must not have been entered in a previous Franklin County Fair. 12. A place will be provided for exhibitors to watch and listen during judging. No one will be allowed communication with the judge during judging. A conference with the judge is permitted after all judging in the department is done. Anyone interfering with above rules forfeits all premiums. 13. All departments will have a limit of two entries per person in each lot. See departments for exceptions. 14.
