I built my business on hard work, ethics and honesty. I think being genuine and looking out for the client s best interest is the key. Director for The Estate Partners at Dilbeck Real Estate, a group he started in 2012 that includes 6 other agents. He primarily serves the entire Los Angeles metropolitan area, but has represented investors buying on the beach all over Southern California as well as shopping centers up in Northern California. He also serves as a consultant on real

estate purchased across the nation. Thomas main goal is to give all clients the best service. I aim to be honest and be their advocate, he explains. I built my business on hard work, ethics and honesty. I think being genuine and looking out for the client s best interest is the key. Thomas also strives to make his clients comfortable; he doesn t want them to feel rushed or pressured. My goal is to maintain relationships with clients for life, rather than just have one time transactions, he says. He wants his clients to leave the transaction with smiles on their faces, knowing that he went above and beyond their expectations. Although Thomas main focus is on real estate, he is also devoted to his community and is continually

supporting various causes. He served as a camp counselor at the YMCA and has been a volunteer basketball coach at La Cañada High School for the past 7 years. Thomas also runs to raise money for charity. Thomas and his colleague run together every day for 50 60 minutes, and frequently run marathons. Currently, he also serves as the Vice President of Marquette s Southern California Alumni Club. He was previously a Board Member for the Pasadena Foothill Association of REALTORS Scholarship Com mittee for four years. Charities he is continually involved with include Think Cure!, The American Heart Association, City of Hope, March of Dimes and The Jimmy V Foundation. It has become more and more clear to Thomas over the years that real estate is his true passion, and he is constantly grateful for his immense

success. He worked hard to get to this point, and will continue to build his business for years to come. Seeing the happiness in his clients eyes when they get what they wanted, and reading testimonials praising him for his work, he finds the industry rewarding in many ways.
