Javu 2-Drawer Storage Parts List Please check packaging for all parts and hardware before discarding. Unpack and lay parts on clean, padded surface like carpet or a blanket. Check that you have all parts indicated. Call customer service if any hardware is missing. Before beginning assembly, carefully study the diagrams below and sort your hardware according to the pictures. Using the incorrect hardware will cause damage. Javu 2-Drawer Storage Assembly Instructions. Attach Right Side Frame (C) to Back Frame (A): Insert 3pcs Long Bolt (1) through holes on Back Frame (A). Attach Right Side Frame (C) to Back Frame (A), tighten using Allen Wrench (4). Figure 1 Attach Left Side Frame (B) to Back Panel (A): Insert 3pcs Long Bolt (1) through holes on Back Frame (A). Attach Left Side Frame (B) to Back Frame (A), tighten using Allen Wrench (4). Figure 2 Page 4
Slowly push Metal Tube (D) into both Side Frames (B & C). Insert 2pcs Short Bolt (2) through holes on Metal Tube (D). Attach Metal Tube (D) to both Side Frames (B & C), tighten using Allen Wrench (4). Figure 3 Slowly push the Wood Shelf Panel (F) into both Side Frames (B & C). Insert 4pcs Wood Screw (3) through holes on both Side Frames (B & C). Attach Wood Shelf Panel (F) to both Side Frame (B & C), tighten using No.2 Phillips Screwdriver (Not Included). Figure 4 Page 5
Slowly push Metal Shelf Frame (E) into both Side Frames (B & C). Insert 4pcs Short Bolt (2) through holes on Metal Shelf Frame (E). Attach Metal Shelf Frame (E) to both Side Frames (B & C), tighten using Allen Wrench (4). Figure 5 Slowly push Metal Tube (D) into both Side Frames (B & C). Insert 2pcs Short Bolt (2) through holes on Metal Tube (D). Attach Metal Tube (D) to both Side Frames (B & C), tighten using Allen Wrench (4). Figure 6 Page 6
Slowly push the Wood Shelf Panel (F) into both Side Frames (B & C) and Back Frame (A). Insert 4pcs Wood Screw (3) through holes on Metal Tube (D) and Back Frame (A). Attach Wood Shelf Panel (F) to Metal Tube (D) and Back Frame (A), tighten using No.2 Phillips Screwdriver (Not Included). Figure 7 Slowly push Metal Shelf Frame (E) into both Side Frames (B & C). Insert 4pcs Short Bolt (2) through holes on Metal Shelf Frame (E). Attach Metal Shelf Frame (E) to both Side Frame (B & C), tighten using Allen Wrench (4). Figure 8 Page 7
Slide one side of Basket Bottom Panel (J) all the way to the bottom of Large Wicker Basket (G). Figure 9 Slowly push the other side of Basket Bottom Panel (J) into the bottom of Large Wicker Basket (G). Figure 10 Slide one side of Basket Bottom Panel (J) all the way to the bottom of Small Wicker Basket (H). Place assembled baskets (H & G) onto the Metal Shelf frame (E). Figure 13 Find a desired location. Mark 2 locations for screws on wall One screw (for each unit) must be attached directly into a wall stud. Wall anchor is not needed when mounting to wall stud. Drill one hole (for each unit). Insert Plastic Anchors (5) into the holes on wall. Note: When doing this, you will need a hammer (not included). Figure 15 Using the Phillips Head Screwdriver (not included), install Screws (4) through holes on Wall Brackets (6) into Wall Anchors. Attach Wall Brackets (6) to Wall Anchors (5). Figure 16 Page 10
Move this item close to the fastened wall brackets and tie in brackets and side frame with Plastic Straps (7). Check to make sure the strap is securely laced and locked to the brackets. Figure 17 Now your Javu 2-Drawer Storage Cabinet is ready to use Figure 18 Page 11
