Sealed quotations clearly marked Maples Collegiate Room B-108 will be received by The Seven Oaks School Division, 2536 McPhillips Street, before 14:00:00 local time by clock at the front reception desk, 2018 July 12. 2. Quotes submitted after the above time shall be returned to the bidder unopened. 3. Quotes will be opened privately, by The School Division at a date and time of The Seven Oaks School Division choosing. 4. The lowest or any quote not necessarily accepted. General Notes 1. Quotes shall be submitted on attached Quote Form provided. Improperly prepared, unsigned, improperly signed, conditional, illegible, obscure, contain arithmetical errors, erasures, alterations, or irregularities of any kind, may at the discretion of The Seven Oaks School Division declared non-compliant.
