The Structure of Our Board KC has its own Board of Directors, appointed by KIA: - One member from the KIA Executive Committee - One member from Kitikmeot East communities - One member from Kitikmeot West communities - Two members who have strong business backgrounds. Accountability The KC Board elects a Chair from among its members. Wilf Wilcox is our current Chair and is a long time business person from Cambridge Bay. David Omilgoitok, the President & CEO of KC, and other members of the management team, report to the KC Board on a quarterly basis. David O also reports to the KIA Board on a regular basis, and makes himself available as otherwise required.
