Reservations for lodging should be received by Sept. 2, 201 to assure the special conference rate. Cancellations received after 7 days prior to arrival date are subject to a penalty equal to one night s lodging. If a guest checks out prior to the reserved check out date, a penalty equal to one night room and tax will be applied to the guest s individual account.
