The automatic CNC drilling (sawing opt) line mod. IM DB 1000 REINFORCED is the result of our study to allow the reliable and fast production of IPE HEA HEB UNP U CHANNEL STEEL ANGLES TUBE SQUARE or rectangular up to 1000 mmx600, for the increasing answer of the big steel construction Companies, that need to process big steel profiles. The NC will manage the infeed of the steel profiles, the right positioning of the drilling units,the control of the band saw, the speed of the advancement of the drillling spindle, locks and lubrification of the tools. The operator will load the material on the infeed table, with own system, and from this moment the line will be completely managed by the NC. On our infeed table there will be the predisposition to insert an automatic chains system for the automatic linloading of the profiles in storage 4 bars (the price of this system system will be give you if necessary); in this way the lines will give more autonomy to the line without operator activity. A) An infeed table at numerical control with length 14.000 mm. will be equipped with a pusher/gripper system and a roller table that will accept the steel bars of maximum length of 14.000mm. The infeed table will be built by a certain number of frames on which are placed friction rollers to grant a continuous flat and the correct forwarding of bars.
All the rollers and the supporting surfaces of the infeed table will be thermically treaded for longevity. A series of horizontal clamping will align the bars on the zero position on the table. While a laser system will give the zero position of the length of the steel bars. The NC pusher system with a gripper will move the material to the correct position in the drilling and sawing stations, will use a rack and pinion for positioning motor brushless managed by the NC. The pusher with the gripper will be placed in the back side of the infeed table during the returning back cycle, the pusher will be in up position and so another steel profiles could be carried to be processed. B) N. 1 Drilling system for maximum material width 1.000mm and total flange high 600mm; it is built in a rigid electro welded structure in which are placed n. 3 drilling units. The drilling system is equipped with flange height measuring in order to check the deflection and correct the drill units positioning or alert the operator. The positioning of the drilling heads is by linear guides, ball screws and managed by motors brushless (servo motors) according to CNC. N. 2 horizontal drilling head drill the flange of the profile and 1 vertical unit drills the web of the profile: the three drilling units could drill together according to a no collision program of the drilling tools.
The CNC will manage the high speed approach to the surface to be drilled and return back of the drilling tool with high speed, while slower advancement it s preview in a safety parameters Speed advance of drilling spindle will be 28mt/min, power of rotation spindle 80 N/mt. Concerning the cooling system will be supplied internal cooling air/oil and the external cooling with nebulizer oil, in order to have the higher performance of the drill tools. The drilling spindles are suitable for HHS or carbide drilling tools. Maximum diameter of drilling Ø 40mm. All the three drilling spindle are able to mark the profiles with a centre point lay out points, for example for other processing: to point out where the plate will be welded.
Scarps are collected into a box by a motorized carpet system C) N. 1 Outfeed table will be built in electrowelded structure complete of thermically treated rolls for supporting the steel bars max length 12 mt. in exit from the drilling station. D) A hydraulic apparatus, complete of pomp, electro valve, and electric motor is supporting the good run of the line. A pneumatic system assists some movements of the line. Maximum air pressure will be 6/8 bar. E) Electric power 400V 50Hz (other voltage will be possible on request), with electric panel complete of air conditioning system. A pulpit of command, is placed frontally to the basement and useful for the operator, completed of electric apparatus and console supporting the PC.
Numerical Control will be studied and prepared carefully by our engineer IMAC; Windows based very user friendly programming system that has a graphical interface with the operator to insert the input of the product manually. CAM software standard and CAD file in DSTV format can be imported on request. Easy programming and suitable for storage of the programs yet carried out. Management of programmes is executed by CNC with integrated PLC. The interface with operator is graphic with PC completed of video touch screen, industrial keyboard with polycarbonate membrane IP 65. CD/DVD Dirve, USB port. Automatic CNC DRILLING LINE IMDB will be supplied with painting type RAL 5015 blue;ral 2005 orange or will be chosen to your necessity. F) 3 Automatic tool changers: each of the three drilling heads is equipped with an automatic change of drilling tools with a storage of 4 places (so it will be possible obtain up to 4 different Æ on each side of the flange and on the web of the steel bars) 12 drilling tools total G) N. 1 marking unit type scribing system with a special drilling tool, in order to write every string of characters and number, with adjustable dimension in high of letter, adjustable engraving.the complete process of marking is executed automatically by a smaller drilling units placed near the drilling station with two controlled axis.it writes automatically every string of characters and numbers with adjustable dimension in high of letter and adjustable engraving (0.5 1,5 mm) in the outside part of the flange.
H) N. 1 Horizontal mitre band saw machine will be placed after the drilling station; it will be automatically managed in all the cutting cycle by the CNC and it will grant a mitre cutting in range +60 45. The NC pusher will move the bars after the drilling station into the right position into the sawing station. This horizontal mitre cutting band saw will be able to saw profiles 1040x610(width x height straight cut (0 ). While sawing with angle 45 or 60, the width will be reduced geometrically. Cut capacity will be geometrically reduce at 45 : 600x600. The head structure will drop by means on linear guides. The cutting cycle will be fully automatic, because the NC will select the rotation and cutting programme. The structure will be built in heavy steel carpentry in order to grant durability, reliability and high performance. The surface of the cutting vice plate and carriage vice will be hardened in order to avoid wear. The basement will be equipped with a scraps holding system. Basement rotation system on bearing disc.
The cooling and lubrication of the blade will be built by a nebuliser system, that could grant the sawing of the material with a minimal use of liquid, coming out from nozzle placed in a side of the guide blade. Layout
