One room will have a double bed and the other will have two singles. If you require a room on your own we will endeavour to put you in the double bed room. So, there will be 3 people to a unit. If you wish to stay an extra night (Sunday Night) RACV will accommodate you at half the normal cost. The payment of this is to be arranged with RACV at the time. To save costs, only one set of documents is being sent to each group. Please photocopy one registration form and medical information form for each person wishing to attend and return these forms as soon as possible. It would be nice to have all the support we can to enable this function to continue. Closing date for registrations is 30 th June 2015. Please send us any items you wish to have placed on the AGENDA for the meeting and forward Group Reports as soon as possible for printing and publication (Deadline 30 th June) Saturday evening s activities will include a fashion parade and show and tell session.
