Finest furniture finishes Kitchen furniture reflects the taste, style, color prefer wishes and mood of the owner. Design of the kitchen furniture is the defining and sets the direction for the design of whole room. We understand how important it is to provide both the functionality and the look of the kitchen. We take care of quality of furniture, so it is made by high quality technology which includes several stages. Each kind of wood has its own peculiarities of processing that need to take into consideration to extend the use of furniture. For the first the finest maple wood is sanded until smooth and vacuumed (1). To achieve perfect color of wood must use specialized tools and materials. An equalizer stain is applied to balance the base color of the wood (2). A toner is then needed to establish color uniformity (3). The color is getting more attractive, but it s not enough and wood need a deep penetrating stain to reveal the hidden beauty of the natural grain (4). All stained surfaces are then hand rubberd and wrapped around and then slowly air dried (5). Thus, the color becomes resistant and does not change under the influence of light or other irritants. While in kitchen is cooked different dishes, air humidity increases. Furniture should be protected from humidity so it will serve you for a long time. A wood sealer is applied, penetrating all exposed wood surfaces for uniform protection (6). After previous stages all surfaces are hand sanded, providing a smooth, consistent surface (7). Preparing of wood is close to completion, but requires several steps to make it perfect. For some kitchen models we use glaze to create color shades. Each glaze is applied by hand (if applicable) (8). To check that color of wood is perfect a color consistency examination is performed with additional touch up if needed (9). A final protective top coat is applied, maximizing resistance to scuffing, moisture, fading and most household chemicals (10). After all stages of woodworking we are sure that quality and color of furniture will make kitchen cozy and inspire its owner on cooking culinary masterpieces. Page 3
