A request for approval from Phillip Herrold, Director of Operations at the Enclave Project to place two exterior art domes 9 ft. in diameter on the lawn in front of the Courthouse. The domes will be hosting 1-3 artworks for the Pop-Up, a Valparaiso Art Experience during the months of May through September. FAMILY AND YOUTH SERVICES BUREAU JACKIE GRAY 1. A request for approval from Jackie Gray of the Family & Youth Services Bureau to hold their fifth annual Chalk the Walk event on the sidewalks surrounding the Courthouse. The event will be held on Saturday, June 10 th, 2017. The set up will begin at 6:00 a.m. and the event will go until 1:00 p.m. If the weather is inclement they would like permission to hold the event on Saturday, June 10 th, 2017 from 1:00p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
