Todd Breton My name is Todd Breton and I am very fortunate to be a Board of Directors candidate. As a brief introduction, we joined Sugar Creek Country Club in 2013 and thoroughly enjoy being members. My wife Cindy and I have two grown children, Jennifer a senior at the University of Incarnate Word and Michael a freshman at Texas Tech University. Cindy and I own a home on the Roberts course, tee box one. Our club is experiencing exciting changes and we as members are very lucky to be part of this change. It always makes me happy when taking guests to the club and telling them about all the fantastic improvements either completed or underway. As current member of the Sugar Creek Country Club Long Term Planning Committee watching the changes come to fruition shows the impact of all the hard work of our leadership. I come to you as a candidate for the Board of Directors with in-depth knowledge relating to non-profit organizations such as Board of Trustees, Vice Chair of Administration in scouting, and several terms as President of two Homeowners Associations. I believe this experience and knowledge will be a significant asset to the Sugar Creek Country Club Board of Directors. For those members not able to attend the annual meeting, I hope I will be able to meet you in the near future to introduce myself and forge new friendships. Thank you.

Bob Brown I spent 42 years as a member of Brae-Burn Country Club and during that time spent, seven years on the Board of Directors, the last year as President. I certainly enjoyed the position and still have a warm spot in my heart for the members at Brae-Burn. I am 91 years old and have enjoyed so many days on the golf course and my hat is off to the work that has been done on the Trent & Jones courses. Once I get my left shoulder back in shape I ll be ready to play the course

Clay Camp Hello, my name is Clay Camp, 42 years young. I am the son of Margie and Jim Camp, active members of the club for 43 years and counting. I am very proud to say that I have a deep passion and love for Sugar Creek and the club, having been born and raised on Fairway Drive. Growing up in The Creek, I spent just about every waking minute of my childhood and teenage years at the Country Club from playing golf, tennis, swim team, video games in the arcade, winning first place in the can opener at the 1977 4 th of July Games, to most importantly trying to beat my brother and friends in the amount of drink and food ticket charges I could accumulate throughout the summer. So, I have always tried to give back and improve the club ever since I can remember. After graduating from Dulles High School in 1991, I attended The Ole Miss. Upon completion of college, I moved back home to Sugar Creek for a few years to play a lot of golf. After several moves, I have found my way back to where it all began, permanently residing in Sugar Creek once again, with my beautiful wife of a year and counting, Kimberly, who is also a lifelong resident of Sugar Land. I have been in the Oil & Gas Industry for the last 12 years, and I am currently the Land Manager for Martineau Petroleum. As a member of the Board, I feel that I would bring a young, fresh voice to the club, who has always had strong ties to SCCC. I have financially invested in the future of the club via PIPS, but I also want to help physically with the new vision of the growth of the club and golf course, encouraging the younger members, as well as the older members to be a part of something great and help build on the rich history. And along the way, maybe I can break my long standing record of drink and food charges!

Caren Canady Background: Married to Jeff for 34 years One child Education: B.B.A. from University of Texas Business Experience: Established Canady & Canady P.C. in 1983 Previous experience primarily in banking and real estate Business expertise in fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency Sugar Creek Country Club Involvement: Member since 2007 Equity member 2010 (upgraded as soon as equity memberships became available) PIPS investor Currently serve on Executive Committee of the Board of Directors as Vice President Currently serve as Chairperson of the Membership Committee Have been on Long Term Planning Committee since inception Have been on Finance Committee since 2012 Previously served on Executive Committee of the Board of Directors as Secretary Have been member of Ambassador Club As a devoted member of Sugar Creek Country Club and an avid golfer, I am interested in contributing my time and energy to ensure the Club s Strategic Capital Improvement Plans which started in 2013 continues. The club is fortunate to have so many members who have demonstrated a deep commitment to its future. Working together Sugar Creek Country Club will flourish.

Bob Verrett Sugar Creek Country Club History: 17 Years of Membership at Sugar Creek Country Club Past Board Member, after American Golf Era. Skin in the Game Significant Investment in PIPS, and live on Trent Nine. With a golfing wife, I receive plenty of feedback from a lady golfer s point of view! Professional Background: 31 Year career in Oil and Gas Business, ended 31 career in 2002 as Group VP of a major Service Company After retirement, built a successful consulting company with no help from the Government, and lots of help from our 14 great employees. Board Member Philosophy: I believe a value added board member should be there to understand member s desires, and support and challenge management as needed to continuously improve the product we offer them.
