Production Process- Design Internal tooling design capability with UNIGRAPHICS software Mould flow simulation analysis. Cooperation with the customers during product design by sharing our experience in aluminium casting process. Production Process- Tooling Internal tool production capability with 2 Vertical Machining Centers in our tooling workshop. Possibility of manufacturing aluminium high pressure, low pressure and gravity casting tools. With approved external tooling subsuppliers possibility of working with several different projects at a time. Production Process- Melting Central Melting Units (larger one with 500 kg/h capacity, smaller ones with 200 kg/h capacity), working with natural gas for a more reliable and energy saving melting process. Main alloys are EN AB 46000 (AlSi9Cu3, LM24, DIN 226), EN AB 43000 (AlSi10Mg, DIN 230) EN AB 47100, Silafont-36 and EN AB 43200. Production Process- Gravity Casting Several gravity casting machines. Internal cold-box sand core production machine. Capability of producing different aluminium gravity casting parts, with and without sand cores, from 0,150 kg up to 10 kg. Production Process- Low Pressure Die Casting Special design, latest technology low pressure die casting machine. Moving dosage oven (800 kg), air & water cooling systems, Siemens software with electronic screens. Production Process- CNC Machining Six CNC Machining Centers. Two Horizontal Machining Centers For higher quantity production, two of our CNC Machining Centers are equipped with robots. Production Process- Powdercoating Internal powdercoating line with precoating treatment baths. (hot degreasing, DI rinsing, pickling, Ti/Zr coating and drying) Two different powdercoating chambers gives flexibility to use two different colour powders at a time. Parts with and without paint protection (masking) are coated with electrostatic spray guns. Robot automation in one chamber. Automatic conveyor band gives high capacity with good process control. Product Warehouses Between these production process steps, semi- finished goods are stored in our semi-finished goods warehouse with all the process information entered to the process cards on the metal boxes.
