Middle School Technology Education Description The AASD Technology and Engineering curriculum encourages individualized learning through project-based learning (PBL). Students will develop key 21st century skills in collaboration, problem solving and critical thinking through a variety of innovative hands-on activities. Technological literacy and career awareness are key components students will begin exploring through their middle school programs. Students will be exposed to the STEM (science, technology, engineering and math principles) model through Project Lead The Way (PLTW) projects.
