BIOGRAPHICAL/HISTORICAL NOTE George Campbell Huchet de Kernion was born in New Orleans to Anatole L. Huchet de Kernion and Fanny Evelina Heloise Campbell. He graduated from the College of the Immaculate Conception in New Orleans in 1895 and received a bachelor of law from Tulane University in 1897. He was a public accountant and tax specialist of New Orleans. SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE Papers include documents related to Kernion's career as an accountant and copies of genealogies and documents containing vital statistics for the Kernion, Campbell, Huchet, and Quimper families.
