Generally up to 500 copies would be printed digitally with larger quantities printed on bigger presses. When preparing any book for printing, it will always be better value to keep the page count in multiples of 4, 8 or 16. We can also offer recycled stocks which guaranteed that your report meets environmental standards. Over the past couple of years we have noticed the trend towards printing fewer copies on many publications. softback BooKs Jaycee take particular pride in the many book projects that have passed through our hands over the last 30 years. We would be delighted to advise and guide you through the book printing process. Please email tom.cunningham@jaycee.ie for advice on project preparation, pricing and delivery schedules. HarDBacK BooKs Some books need that extra special finish which a suitable hard case cover gives. Coverings come in many colours and materials which will reflect the personality of the book. And don t forget the dustjacket for that touch of class. It is common on book projects to print the bulk copies in softback with a smaller amount in hardback. Generally hardback books are double the cost of softbacks but this will depend on the quantities ordered. If you are going for a combination, it is essential to decide well in advance because hardbacks take longer to finish. 14
