4 PVCu collection Colours PVCu collection Glass Collection 5 Colours Glass Collection Laminated Colour Options The Superior colour range is a unique and exclusive collection of weatherable, durable and scratch resistant foiled PVC coloured options. The coloured foils are laminated onto the PVC substrate during the extrusion process and produce a permanent bond between the substrate and decorative foil. Lead & Film This hand-applied technique replicates the look of stained glass windows. Glass Bevels A combination of handcrafted glass bevels and lead added to a backing glass of your choice. Etched Glass Beautiful designs using the latest technology to reproduce what would have originally been manufactured using a sandblasting process. Resin Bevels We use the latest technology to create complex and delicate designs exclusive to this process. Glazing Bar Glass Tiles Rosewood Sherwood Oak Irish Oak This process incorporates PVC or aluminium bars encapsulated within the double glazed unit ensuring ease of cleaning. These designs incorporate kiln fused glass tiles or sparkling bevels on a sandblasted pane. Triple Glazed Hand-assembled triple glazed units provide superior heat and sound insulation for your door. Lead Finishes Full design and reproduction service available, prices on request. N.B. GGF guidelines apply. Lead is a natural product which when exposed to the environment will undergo certain atmospheric transformations. This is perfectly natural and will eventually settle down to take on a natural weathered lead appearance. Backing Glass Black-Brown Anthracite Chartwell Minster Stippolyte Cotswold Contora Lead is a natural product, which when exposed to the environment will undergo atmospheric transformations such as oxidisation. This is perfectly natural and will settle down to take on a natural weathered lead appearance. Colours are as accurate as the printing process allows. Other laminated foil colours available on request. NB. It is highly recommended that laminated woodgrain products should not be installed in south-facing locations. All glazing styles depicted with an asterisk (*) require a backing glass.
