To use Cam Locks 1. Insert Cam Bolt until snug 2. Set boards together 3. Insert Cam Lock 4. Turn Cam Lock clockwise (half a turn) Do not overtighten Note arrow direction If it won t turn halfway, back out the Cam Bolt ½ turn and try Cam Lock again. Step 2 Insert two Cam Bolts (1) and two Dowels (3) in the holes of the Middle (C) as shown. Use Cam Locks (2) to secure the parts together. Step 3 Use eight Cam Bolts, eight Cam Locks and four Dowels to attach the Front (E), Middle (C), Shelf (D), Back Bin Floor (H), Upper Back (G) and Front Bin Floor (F) to the Left Side as shown. Step 4 Similar to Step 3, attach the Right Side (B) to the assembly of Step 3. Use two Round Head Screws (4) to secure the Hook (11) to the Right Side. Step 5 Use Cam Bolts, Cam Locks and Dowels with Glue to attach the Base (I) to the Sides as shown. Use the Wrench (10) to attach the Locking Wheels (8) and Wheels (9) to the Base as shown. Step 8 To assemble the large drawer and the small drawer: Use Long Screws (5) to attach the Left Drawer Sides (M) & (R) to the Drawer Backs (O) & (T) and Drawer Fronts (L) & (Q). Slide the Drawer Floors (U) and (P) into the grooves of the assembled parts. Use Long Screws (5) to attach the Right Drawer Sides (M/R) to the Drawer Backs (O) & (T) and Drawer Fronts (L) & (Q). Step 9 Set the Tray (V) in the upper bin as shown. Set the Rods (12) in the Rod Holders. Insert the drawers and push Dowels (3) into the holes in the Drawer Sides as shown. They should extend into the slots of the cabinet Sides and keep the drawers from sliding out too far. Insert your ribbon spools on the Rods and wrapping paper in the large back bins.
