Made-to-order skirting Standard arissed edge Pencil round ½ Bullnose Full Bullnose Edge Details Custom made-to-order skirting can be cut to any height required with a choice of different top edge profiles as shown opposite. Usually skirting is left to the same length (or width) of the tile supplied, although additional cuts, polished or mitred ends can also be agreed to suit your exact requirements. Exposed edges, Step treads and coping Standard arissed edge Pencil round ½ Bullnose Full Bullnose Edge Details Where there is an exposed edge, providing the tile colour is constant through its make up, then its possible to polish any seen exposed edging, rather than relying on tile trim or similar product to hide. One can choose different edge profiles shown below (or any other custom edge) along with an option of creating non-slip grooves for extra protection & elegance for step treads, swimming pool copings or edging stones. Also see Mitred edge options on next page Anti-slip lines can be applied for extra grip and elegance. Quantity and spacing can chosen or advised upon as requested. For a more prestigious finish grooves can be filled with K-grp anti-slip This product is Slip-test rated and is available in a range of colours
Mitred Edging Option 1 Cutting only Lengths of mitre cutting is produced for your tiler to lay and fill on-site Cut only Option 2 Cut and assembled in our factory with Coloured filler applied and ground smooth for a more invisible and professional finish (up to a maximum depth of 40mm) Glued joint Can be any size Up to 40mm Option 3 As per option 2 above, but with a limit of upto 300mm downstand. Ideal for assembled step treads & risers etc With this option we adhere a metal bracket for extra re-enforcement so that it s strong enough for transportation etc.. This remains permanently fixed. Can be any size Up to 300mm Glued joint with 2mm thick metal bracket For extra strength
Made to order mosaic Although there are many suppliers in the UK offering many different styles and colours of mosaic and decorative wall claddings / borders etc This service enables you to a literally unlimited range of product. Size, colour and finish can all be chosen to suit any requirement as each job is made-to-order Any design can be made using any stone, ceramic or porcelain to match, or contrast to any finish. Your chosen tiles are fabricated into net-backed sheets (or border strips) as the pattern required may not be offered by the tile manufacturer. This will then create a perfect match (or contrast) to work with any requirement asked for, rather than simply accepting the closest compatible product on offer.
