NOTE: When installing wire pins into Micro-Fit connectors, the pin will only fully insert and lock in one position. If it fails to insert, rotate 90 degrees and try again. Note the orientation when it properly inserts and position all subsiquent pins the same. Lightly pull test each wire after insertion to verify it has hooked into the connector body. If inserted incorrectly Micro-Fit pins and sckets may be removed by using the TOOL-00001 Micro-Fit Extractor. Step 1: Locate the two white wires from the Pitch Trim Servo. Temporarily connect one of the white wires (slide a wire into the Molex connector) to the positive (+) terminal of a 12V DC battery pack from a cordless drill. Temporarily connect the remaining white wire to the negative (-) terminal of the same battery pack. Polarity determines the direction of travel. Operate the pitch trim servo until the clevis rod end on the pitch trim servo is fully extended (it will stop automatically), then disconnect the battery. RUDDER 1/4 MINIMUM VN'S IRCRFT, INC. Check the Stabilator ssembly movement to make sure it swings freely. Stabilator travel in both directions should be limited only by the HS-1210 hinge stops contacting the F-1211C tailcone hinge bracket, refer to Page 11-3, Figure 2, Detail -. If necessary, adjust the rod end bearing to achieve clearance between the ST and Stabilator ssembly hinge halves per dimensions given in the magnified view of Figure 1. Step 2: Temporarily re-connect the white wires to the battery pack. Operate the pitch trim servo until the clevis rod end is fully retracted, then disconnect the battery.
