CONSTRUCTION Boxes are constructed utilizing the European frameless method. Sides, bottoms, braces, and hanging rails are 5 8 thick with no added urea formaldehyde, and are composed of 100% pre-consumer recycled wood particle board. Standard drawers are constructed with 5 8 particle board (no added formaldehyde), coated with a maple finish, and operated on sidemount ¾ extension glides. Grass Nova Pro drawers and dovetail drawers are available upgrades. The 110 degree, 6-way adjustable hinges allow for ultimate 3-dimensional adjustability. Door and drawer fronts are made of ¾ solid wood with up to 20 furniture quality finishes. Cabinet interiors are finished with a durable wipe-clean maple laminate bonded to particle board for easy maintenance. Leveling legs are attached to the bottom of base cabinets for precise leveling. Toe kick covers are then installed to conceal the leveling legs. DRAWER OPTIONS STANDARD GRASS NOVA PRO DOVETAIL 5 8 thick maple finished particle board with sidemount ¾ extension glides (75lb. capacity). This drawer provides the luxury of full extension drawers for maximum access to drawer contents, as well as a soft-closing mechanism. The easyto-clean metal sides are available in two different colors, Champagne or Metallic (154lb. capacity). A solid wood dovetail box with full extension undermount glides is available for extra durability (100lb. capacity).
WOOD SPECIES Maple Cherry Maple ranges from cream to a light reddishbrown, and is usually straight-grained and sometimes found with highly figured bird s eye or burl grain. Cherry has a rich, red-brown color that darkens with age and exposure to sunlight. It is straight-grained, and has small gum pockets that produce distinctive markings. Hickory ranges from nearly white to dark brown, and has a fine grain. Red Oak Alder Red Oak ranges from a nearly white cream color to a warm, pale brown tinted with red. The grain is distinguished by rays which reflect light and add to its attractiveness. Alder is very consistent in color, ranging from a pale pink-brown to almost white, and has no distinct grain pattern. European Beech Lyptus European Beech, a sustainably harvested wood, ranges in color from nearly white to a deep red brown, and is close and straight grained. Lyptus, a rapidly renewable wood, varies in color from red to light brown, and has a straight grain with a natural appearance. Urban Prairie Cabinet Systems warrants its product to the original purchaser, meaning it will be free of defect in material and workmanship for a period of five years unless otherwise specified. Doors with warp in excess of ¼ and doors with defective parts will be replaced under this warranty. All hinge hardware has a lifetime warranty and may be exchanged for new parts. We cannot replace or warrant any product for changes in its color or appearance over time because it is natural for wood species to have variation in color and grain textures; therefore, unusual or wild grain patterns will not constitute a reason for replacement. We simply require that the purchasing customer view a sample of the wood species with the chosen stain before the order is placed. Issues related to handling, improper storage, installation, and abuses are not covered in the warranty, nor does it cover any expenses for removing or reinstalling any product.
