Assembly of the Top Vertex The small parts listed below should be in parts bag No. 2. Materials: 680mm extrusion 3 240mm extrusion 6 Top vertex 3 M4*7*3 Nut 15 M4*10 Screw 15 M4*25 Screw 3 M4 Nylon Washer 3 M4 Nut 3 M3 Nut 3 M3*25 Screw 3 Ball Bearing 6 On a top vertex, the side having the hexagonal groove in the center is the bottom. Carefully distinguish top and bottom (Figure 1.1). Then attach the M4*10 screw into the 4 holes in the flank. You should attach them from inside. After that, You put on M4*7*3 nuts from outside. Don t fasten them all the way, just three turns. (Figure1.2) Slide a 240mm extrusion onto the side of the top vertex, using M4*7*3 nut as the locking mechanism. Since you didn t fasten M4*10 screw all the way, there should be some space between the vertex and M4*7*3 nut. Using the M2.5 Allen Key to fasten the screws tightly from the inside to secure the extrusion onto the vertex. (Figure1.3) Finish assembling all three top Vertexes with the five remaining 240mm extrusions. (Figure1.4)

It is best to first assemble all the extrusions onto the vertexes and then fasten the all screws. (Figure1.5) Install the ball bearing. Each top vertex will need 1 M3 nut, 1 M3*25 screw and 2 ball bearings (Figure 1.6). Assemble the ball bearing as in Figure 1.7, 1.8 and 1.9. The M3 nut is used to secure the bearings in place. You should install all three top vertexes the same way. (Figure 1.10)

Assemble the top vertex with the 680mm long extrusions. Put the M4*25 screws, M4 washers and M4 nuts in the top vertex (Figure1.11). You don t need to turn them very tight. These screws are for adjusting the belt tightness and limitation of the top vertex. Then put the M4*10 screw and M4*7*3 nut on, but not turn tightly. (Figure1.12) Slip the 680mm long extrusion into the 3 top vertexes at same time, then tighten the screws on the side of the top vertexes (Figure1.13).

Assembly of the Bottom Vertex The small parts listed below should be in parts bag No. 1. Materials: M4*10 Screw 30 M4*7*3 Nut 30 Bottom Vertex 3 240mm Extrusion 3 The assembly of the bottom vertex is the same as the top Vertex. (Figure2.1) First, attach M4*7*3 nut and the M4*10 screw on the bottom vertex. Then slip the 240mm extrusion on the bottom vertexes. (Figure2. 2) Assemble the three installed bottom vertexes like the top vertex. (Figure2. 3 and Figure 2.4)

Assembly of Belt Drive Motors The small parts listed below should be in parts bag No. 1. Materials: Stepper Motor Gear 3 42mm Nema 17 Stepper Motor 3 M3 nut 12 On the stepper motor the top portion of the motor shaft is flattened. (Figure3.1) Put the stepper motor gear on the shaft. Make sure the set screw is set against the flatten side. (Figure3.2) The Stepper Motor Gear should be set 3mm above the base of the motor shaft. Secure the motor on the bottom vertex. M3 nuts should be fastened to the threaded rods on the motor. (Figure3.3) When orienting the motor, the side with wires coming out should be on the bottom of the vertex. Make sure the side with wires coming out is on the bottom of the vertex. Figure3.4 is what the vertex should look like after assembly.

Assembly of Limit Switches The small parts listed below should be in parts bag No. 4. Materials: Endstop 3 Endstop holder 3 M4 nut 3 M4*10 screw 3 M2.5*12 screw 6 Put the M4 nut and M4*10 screws on the endstop holder and turn about 3 circle. (Figure 4.2) Then fix the endstop on the endstop holder using the M2.5*12 screws, just screw them on the bottom. (Figure 4.3) Insert the 680mm extrusion into the corresponding hole in the bottom vertex. Please note the top and bottom of the vertex are not the same. (Figure 4.4) Then secure with the M4*10 screw. (Figure 4.5) Lay down the assembled frame from the previous step on its side, then thread the wire of the endstop through the hole in the center of the extrusion. (Figure 4.6) Then make it out from the other side. (Figure 4.7) After that, let it out from the opening in the vertex.

Slip the fixed endstop holder into the clamping groove of the extrusion, leaving about a 54mm gap. (Figure4.8) Please note the distance on all three extrusions should be consistent. Then fixed it up. (Figure 4.9)

Assembly of the Linear Rail The small parts listed below should be in parts bag No.4 Materials: Linear rail with slider 3 M3* 8 screw 12 M3 nut 12 Take 3 linear rail with slider, 12 M3*8 screws and M3 nuts. (Figure 4.10) For each linear rail, Install 4 M3 nuts with M3*8 screws in the screws openings, evenly spaced. (Figure 4.11 and Figure 4.12) Slip the M3 nut on the linear rail in the slot of the vertical extrusion. (Figure 4.13 and Figure 4.14)

Secure the linear rail. Align the linear rail with the top of the endstop so that it can protect the sliders from sliding out of the rail. (Figure4.15)

Assembly of Print Head Insert the heating rod into the round hole on the aluminum block, then insert the induction temperature head into the small hole next to it. (Figure 5.1 and Figure 5.2). The distances on both sides of the heating rod should be roughly the same for best heating results. The induction temperature head should be positioned in the center of the heating block. Then use set screws to secure the wires. Pay attention to the orientation of the heating block installation. (Figure 5.2) Assembly of hotend housing. The small parts listed below should be in parts bag No. 5. \ Materials: M2.5*12 screw 2 M3*10 screw 2 M3*12 screw 8 M3*14 screw 2 M4*30 screw 1 Spring 1 M3 nut 2 M4 nut 1 Endstop 1 Hot End Holder 1 Hot end housing Insert the wire on the hotend s endstop into the largest hole on the side with three holes. Use 2 M2.5*12 screws in the remaining 2 holes to secure the endstop. (Figure 5.4)

Cover the extrusion head with hot end holder. Then put the extrusion head in the hot end housing. Let the wire out from the hot end housing. (Figure 5.5) Using the clamping edges of hot end lock to fix the metal groove in the bottom of the extruder motor adaptor. (Figure 5.6) Then install the 2 M3*12 screws into the holes in the hot end holder, tighten them with M3 nuts (Figure 5.7)

On the housing, one side has a round opening while the other side has a hex opening. (Figure 5.8) The hex opening is for holding the nut while the round opening is for the screw. Insert 1 M4*30 screw into the round opening. Then insert the M4 nut into the hex opening. Tighten the screw, but don t tighten all the way, only about four turns to allow the hotend some room to swivel. (Figure5.9) Secure the cooling fan duct on the bottom of the hot end housing, using 2 M3*10 screws. This redirect the airflow toward the printer nozzle for cooling. You can use the screw openings as your guide to lineup the parts. (Figure 5.10)

Insert the M3*14 screw into the small opening. This screw should be tightened two turns short of all the way, and should go through the opening and push down the end stop. Put the spring on another M3*14 screw and then screw them in the big opening (Figure5.11). Check for the proper resistance by presssing on the hotend nozzle. You should be able to lift spring and disengage the endstop with some pression. If too much pressure is needed to lift the spring, you should loosen the screw more.

Install two fans. The side with screw opening on the fan is the outside. Secure the fan using 3 M3*12 screws. (Figure5.12) Do the same with the other fan. The wires for the two fans should be bundled together with the wire of the heating rod and temperature sensor and secured to one of the vertical extrusions. They should go to the base of the printer and connected to the two fan ports on the printer control board. The fan wires can be connected in any order on the control board.

Insert the end of the wire of the endstop into the three Frequency horned connector. (Figure5.14) This connector will be plugged into the control board. Assembly of control rods. The small parts listed below should be in parts bag No. 6. Materials: M3*20 screw 12 M3 nut 12 M2.5*12 Screw 3 Slider Connecting Rod Holder 3 Slider-Hotend Connecting Rod 6 Install M3 nut in the bottom of the casing and use M3*20 screws to secure the control rods to the casing. (Figure5.15) Assemble all six control rods the same way. (Figure 5.16)

2. Put the slider-hotend connecting rod and effector in right way. (Figure5.17) Put the slider connecting rod holder (Figure5.18). (Attention: do not put it in opposite side). Put the M3 nut in the hole in the back side of the slider connecting rod holder. Then using the M3*20 screw fix the slider-hotend connecting rod with slider connecting rod holder. (Figure5.19). (Attention: you should assemble them in pairs. And attention to the direction of the slider connecting rod holder) (The effect picture Figure5.20)

Assembly of the Connecting Rod The small parts listed below should be in parts bag No. 6. Materials: M3*10 Screw 12 Align the four holes on the belt connector with the holes on the slider of the linear rail. Secure them with M3*10 screws. (Figure 6.1 and 6.2)

Filament feeder assembly The small parts listed below should be in parts bag No.3. Material: Mounting bracket 1 Feeder lever 1 Feeder base 1 Sleeve for feeder lever 1 Filament locking wheel 1 M5 x 8 socket head screw 1 Feeder gear 1 Feeder spring 1 Feeder nozzle 1 Square nuts with M3 socket head screw 2 M3 x 25 socket head screw 2 M3 x 13 socket head screw 1 M3 x 8 socket head screw 1 M3 x 8 Philip screw 1 M3 x 6 Philip screw 1 M3 x 20 socket head screw 1 Plastic washer 2 SL42STH48 stepper motor (not pictured) 1 Feeding tube (not pictured) 1

Install the feeder gear on the stepper motor shaft. Slip two square nuts into the groove of the extrusion. Install the stepper motor mounting bracket on the extrusion. We recommend installing the mounting bracket on the extrusion that is to the right of the printer screen. This provides the best angle for feeding filaments.

Secure the filament wheel onto the feeder locking lever using the M3 x 8 Philip screw. (Figure 6.6) Install the feeder nozzle onto the threaded opening at the bottom of the feeder base. (Figure 6.7) Secure the feeder base onto the motor mounting bracket as shown above, and install the M3 x 6 Philips screw. Please note one screw opening on the feeder base is left open in this step. (Figure 6.8)

Put the feeder lever sleeve into the opening, then secure the lever using M3 x 13 socket head screw. (Figure 6.9) Assembled the feeder locking spring with M5 x 8 socket head screw. The locking spring push the lever to ensure the filament is securely contained in the filament wheel. (Figure 6.10)

Push the feeder spring into place. The open end of the spring without the screw should latch onto the screw already on the feeder base. (Figure 6.11) Install the M3 x 20 adjustment screw on top of the feeder lever. The adjustment screw should go through the lever and lock onto the top of the screw on the feeder spring. The adjustment screw does not need to be tightened all the way. It should be just tight enough to allow the filament to fit snug in the feeder assembly. (Figure 6.12)

Connect the feeding tube from the nozzle on the feeder assembly to the top of the extruder. Pushing the tube into the nozzle would lock the tube in place. Pushing on the plastic tip of the nozzle would release the lock. (Figure 6.13)

Assembly of LCD Screen The small parts listed below should be in parts bag No. 7. Material: M4*10 Screw 2 M4*7*3 Nut 2 M3*10 Screw 4 LCD-Display Bracket 2 LCD Display 1 Install the bracket on the LCD display. (Figure7.1)

Put the clamping part of the bracket of the LCD display in the fame of the bottom vertex (Figure7.2)

Assembly of the housing of the display. Fix the housing on the LCD display using M3*10screws. (Figure7.3). Then install the knob on the LCD display (Figure7.4). (The final effect picture like Figure7.5)

Put the M4*7*3 nut in the bottom hole in the bracket on the bottom vertex (Figure7.6). Then put M4*10 screws in the right holes, tighten them up (Figure7.7).

Assembly of the Control Board After you have successfully installed your LCD screen, you need to connect all the cables to your control board. Please refer to the picture below to connect your cables. (Figure7.8) Please note: 1. Some ports are not used in the standard setup, as marked Unused in the picture. 2. The two fans can be connected in any order. The two ports have identical functions. 3. If your endstop is not functioning properly, check if you have the red and black wire in wrong positions. 4. If the LCD screen does not work, check if you have EXP1 and EXP2 connected in the wrong order.

Assembly of the Printer Platform The small parts listed below should be in parts bag No.7 Materials: M4*10 screw 3 M4*7*3 nut 3 Endstop 3 Print Platform 1 We should do this step after connecting of the control board. Install 3 End stop with M4*10 screw and M4*7*3 nut. Move around the blocks until you can use them to secure the circular print platform, then tighten the screws. (Figure8.1) Finally, insert the wire of the power switch and turn on.
