Children will be able to choose from a variety of pre-made kits on the day of their class. This class will deal with casting on to a circular needle, ribbing, switching to a larger needle and simple decreases. In this clas you will make a linen scarf with an 8 row repeat lace pattern. The pattern included increasing and decreasing in the lace pattern. Class Fee $30 Supplies $15-25 2 x 2 hrs Fri July 10 & 17-11-1pm Fri Aug 7 & 14-6-8pm Tiny Cardy - Topdown Newbord Sweater (Instructor Sarah Kirby) Pre-requisite: Comfortable knitting on a circular needle and a basic knowledge of increasing and decreasein stitches. In this clas you will make a top down baby sweater to fit a newborn using super chunky yarn. It is knitted all in one piece with no assembly at the end. A great intro to the topdown technique.
