DESCRIPTION The second in a series, Architectural Design II prepares students with knowledge of residential architectural and related construction. Topics include; building materials, building codes, typical wall sections, interior elevations, plot plans, Specifications, electrical plans, architectural renderings, and Computer Aided Design (CAD) software with a major emphasis on 3D. Total Test Questions: 74 Levels: Grades 10-12 Units of Credit: 1.0 Prerequisites: Architectural Design I (542) STANDARDS, OBJECTIVES, AND INDICATORS STANDARD 1 7% of Exam Blueprint UNDERSTAND ROOM AND SPACE PLANNING. Understand architectural design fundamentals. 1. Identify the historical influences that helped shape today's home designs. 2. Recognize and describe the elements of contemporary dwellings. 3.
