This applies when 1M-2 and then responder shows 2 suits, either 2 other M or 2, then ask is 2NT except when opener has after 2 rebid and 2 relay. If 3 opened M not available then 4M/bid of 2 nd suit is slam try and 4NT is RKCB in opened M. 4 is puppet to 4H, then can pass 4H or bid a new suit naturally to play without slam interest. 4NT is now RKCB in 2 nd suit shown by opener.
