HOW SCIENCEDIRECT CONSORTIUM STARTED Turkey - Background 2000 - ANATOLIAN UNIVERSITY LIBRARIES CONSORTIUM abbreviated as ANKOS founded with 12 member libraries and three database subscriptions 2006 Electronic Resources National Academic License transferred to TUBITAK ULAKBIM based on the decision of TÜBİTAK Scientific Council dated November 19, 2005 and numbered 136.
