Speaker Dr. Philipp Mohr Head of M&A Advisory Commerzbank Philipp Mohr is Global Head of M&A Advisory since 2009. Previously he was Managing Director at Dresdner Kleinwort which he joined in 2001. Philipp Mohr started his investment banking career at J.P. Morgan in London after working as a lawyer in Hamburg. Dr. Ruediger Theiselmann Head of CF Corporate Center Commerzbank Ruediger Theiselmann is Head of Corporate Center within Commerzbank s Corporate Finance Division and hence responsible for Business Development, Marketing/ Communications, Strategic Partnerships and Policies & Principles. In parallel, Ruediger is a lecturer at the University of Cologne and heads the global initiative Governance International (govintl.com). Ruediger started his career at Deutsche Bank and served as an Executive Assistant to the Board of Managing Directors at Commerzbank.
Speaker Qun Huang Partner Taylor Wessing Qun Huang is a member of the China Group of Taylor Wessing. He is one of the few Chinese who has passed both German legal state examinations and practices as an attorney in Germany. Since 1999, he has worked as a corporate lawyer in Germany and has successfully advised Chinese companies in a series of M&Apro-jects. Furthermore, he provides long term legal advice to Chinese companies in Germany, particularly regarding business contracts, financing, claim management, labor, immigration, intellectual property and real estate. Roger Liu Partner PwC Roger Liu is a Partner in the Transaction Services Group based in our Shanghai office. He has over 15 years of professional experience and has been specialised in mergers & acquisitions since 1999. Roger has managed and delivered professional services throughout the whole deal continuum from M&A strategy to post deal integration for over 500 sizable deals, including MNC and PE s investment in China and Chinese companies investment abroad. Roger has spent considerable amount of time in the past several years in advising Chinese companies investing overseas, mainly Europe, Australia and US. Clients include large state-owned enterprise, as well as mid to large size privately-owned companies, covering mining, financial services, industrial products, chemical, consumer products and etc. Roger is a Certified Public Accountant in China.
