To use Cam Locks - 1. Insert Cam Bolt until snug. Set boards together 3. Insert Cam Lock 4. Turn Cam Lock clockwise (half a turn) Do not overtighten Note arrow direction If it won t turn halfway, back out the Cam Bolt ½ turn and try Cam Lock again. IMPORTANT: Before assembly, separate the inner slides from the outer slides. 1) Pull the inner slides from the outer slides, exposing a small, black safety release tab. ) Push the safety release tab in the direction shown, then continue pulling to separate the slide halves. outer slide To release the slides when the assembly is complete, pull up on the tab on the left side of the drawer, and push down on the tab on the right side of the drawer. release tab inner slide Assembly Tips Find a clean, smooth area on which to work, such as a carpet, in order to avoid scratching the parts. Lay out all parts and hardware on the floor or on a table in the order of their number or letter. This will familiarize you with the parts and also help you find a part when you re ready to assemble it. Usually there is a small sticker on the part with the designating letter or number that matches the letter or number in the instructions. If that sticker is missing, look at the drawing in the instruction parts list, and try to recognize the part by its shape or characteristics like holes or grooves. We have provided both text and a drawing in each step, so using both will help the most. Orient the parts so you view them exactly as they are shown in each step. To assemble: Step 1 Insert the four Cam Bolts (1) in the holes of the Hamper Left Side (E) and Hamper Right Side (F). Use four Cam Locks () to secure the Sides to the Hamper Rail (G). Use two Bolts (5) and four Dowels (4) to secure the Hamper Lower Brace (H) to the Sides. 1 5 4 4 4 Step Use eight Bolts (5) to secure the four Hamper Rail Corners (N) to Sides and Hamper Rail (G). Step 3 Use two Bolts (5) to secure the Brace Corners (L) to the Table Lower Brace (K). 5 Step 4 Insert the two Cam Bolts (1) in the holes of the Table Left Side (B) and Table Right Side (C). Use four Cam Locks () and two Bolts to secure the Table Lower Brace (K) to the Sides. Step 5 Use three Bolts (11) to secure the Table Back (D) to the Top (A).
