PD-5856A AFH461 SERIES EMI FILTER HYBRID / HIGH RELIABILITY Descriptio The AFH Series EMI filter has bee desiged to provide full compliace with the iput lie reflected ripple curret requiremet specified by CE03 of MIL-STD-461C over the exteded military temperature rage while operatig i cojuctio with the correspodig AMA, AMF ad AMR series of DC/DC coverters. These filters are offered as part of a family of high reliability coversio products providig sigle, dual ad triple output voltages while operatig from omial +28 volt iput lie. Other coverters operatig with a similar switchig frequecy will also beefit by use of this device. These EMI filters are hermetically packaged i a seam welded eclosure utilizig axially orieted copper-core pis which miimize resistive DC losses. This package has bee cofigured to complemet the AMA, AMF ad AMR packages as a coveiece i system istallatio ad is fabricated with Iteratioal Rectifier s rugged ceramic lead-to-package seal assurig log term hermetic seal itegrity i harsh eviromets. Desiged to meet the striget requiremets of military ad aerospace use, these devices are maufactured i a facility fully qualified to MIL-PRF-38534, ad are available i two screeig grades. The flight grade iteded for flight use is fully compliat to the requiremets of MIL-PRF-38534 for class H+, augmeted as outlied i the screeig table.
