WG-IOA WORKPLAN TIMELINES Institutional aspects of O&M of I/D schemes is a very important topic in light of its role in global food production; Initial term of this WG will be at six-years. The timeline would have to be based on the scope of work and the expected output. Details of the timeline (as drafted hereto) would have to be discussed and finalized during the subsequent meeting of the WG. 1
WORK PLAN INTERACTIVE COMMUNICATION: The working process will be conducted through interactive communication (WG-IOA Dropbox Sharing Discussion Forum): each member has access (invited by Admin); members by region, country or issue; Dropbox sharing are coordinated by Admin (All communications are shared, with a rule ); periodical meeting through a determined itinerary at the WG-IOA Dropbox Media. 2

OUTPUTS knowledge & experience will also enable them to disseminate within their country; condensed overview of existing key books, manuals, guidelines and other relevant publications; the WG is expected to organize at least one workshop, seminar or symposium to prepare an overview paper on the state of the art on the topic for publication. IOA SYMPOSIUM IN MEXICO - 2017 IOA-Working Group is expected to prepare draft outline for Symposium in Mexico City during the 68 th IECM and 23 rd Congress of ICID, 8-14 Oct, 2017.
