Terms and Conditions Promotional Pallet Program 2017 The Pottery Merchant Promotional Pallet Program is set up so that our customers can take advantage of the scope and economy of container purchases with a minimum commitment of one pallet. The price list also shows volume pricing for those customers who require 20 or 40 foot container loads. In this catalog are products from our factory partners around the globe. With few exceptions these items are not found in our day to day catalog. Variety and interest drive sales and create customer traffic. Our discount structure is based on volume of purchase and time of delivery. No other discounts will apply. Discount Structure*: Volume Discount Receiving Date Discount 2-3 pallets 1% by 1/31/2017 3% 4-6 pallets 2% by 2/28/2017 2% 7 or more 3% by 3/31/2017 1% *Discounts for volume and receiving date are added together. If shipment from the factory is delayed discounts will still apply. Discounts are forfeited if payment is not made within terms. Allow a minimum of 90 days for delivery. Pallets can be ordered or scheduled to arrive anytime. Please place orders as soon as possible. Certain factories have narrower window for ordering. Please consult your sales representative. Most promo pallets meet minimum. For common carrier please advise ahead of shipment if lift gate is required. Pottery Merchant stands behind its products and shipping logistics but damage and shortages do occur. Please inspect common carrier loads as they arrive as soon as possible. Common carriers will not issue credit if the delivery is signed off without any damage noted. Pottery Merchant has deducted 2% for breakage from all prices. Damage claims over 2% cannot be honored if not made within 2 weeks of delivery. Merchandise bought through this program will not have pricing labels. Factory labels will be on product. Barcodes/pricing labels can be created and shipped with pallets upon request at a $.05 per label. On most 20 and 40 foot container buys, barcode/pricing label requests can be accommodated at no charge. Pallet configurations will be different for full 40 or 20 foot container orders. A 20 foot container usually holds 10 full height pallets; a 40 foot container usually holds 20 or 22 pallets. The offers in this catalog are grouped by factory. Containers must be ordered from one factory only. Pricing terms on container buys will vary by financing agreement. See container price list for details. All orders are custom and thus cannot be incorporated into our regular stock inventory. A 20% restocking or cancellation fee will apply. Normal finance terms for overdue accounts will apply: 1.5% / month for monies overdue 30 days. 71
