EXEMPLA TALENTE MEISTER DER MODERNE The special show EXEMPLA is all about first-hand experience. In 20-25 workshops set up specially for the trade fair, visitors can watch skilled crafts specialists at work as they demonstrate their capabilities over a period of seven days. In 2018 the special show was entitled Craft and Cultural Heritage. 25 contributions from 6 countries (Figures based on 2018) Young craft professionals demonstrate what is new, exciting and not at all impossible. The coveted TALENTE award goes to the best work done by talented up-and-coming youngsters. 110 contributions from 30 countries (Figures based on 2018) This exhibition presents contemporary works in the field of arts and crafts. Internationally acclaimed artits present their finest creations in glass, wood, ceramics, metal and jewellery. 31 international artists (Figures based on 2018)
SPECIAL SHOW SCHMUCK The jewellery exhibition SCHMUCK has been attracting numerous international visitors to Munich for more than 50 years. Over 900 jewellery designers from more than 60 countries apply every year to have their work displayed at this highly renowned special show organized as part of Internationale Handwerksmesse. Outstanding pieces of work receive the Herbert Hofmann Award. 65 contributions from 21 countries (Figures based on 2018)
SPECIAL SHOW SCHMUCK For SCHMUCK 2019, the trade fair organisation GHM has created a city mapfeaturing all the events being held to coincide the exhibition at galleries, studios and museums throughout Munich. The multi-page brochure will beplaced online and distributed at various outlets in Munich as of the end of February to advertise the trade fair.
