We provide each branch with a monthly budget to be used at the employees discretion for performing random acts of kindness in the communities we serve (i.e. paying for someone s groceries, taking supplies to a school or an animal shelter). Employees take part in fundraisers, including Bowl for Kids Sake to raise money for Big Brothers Big Sisters. In a program called Parking for a Purpose our branch parking lots are frequently turned over to non-profit organizations that use them for car parking fundraisers. Through Casual Jeans Fridays, our employees donate to charity for the privilege of wearing jeans to work. We support local organizations from sports teams to school fundraisers to road races, by annually investing into the communities we serve. WHERE WE ARE While a lot of people do their banking electronically, bricks-and-mortar branches are important to our community because they allow us to connect with our members.
