Cam-Tool Qty: 1 Assembly Tips Find a clean, smooth area on which to work, such as a carpet, in order to avoid scratching the parts. Lay out all parts and hardware on the floor or on a table in the order of their number or letter. This will familiarize you with the parts and also help you find a part when you re ready to assemble it. Usually there is a small sticker on the part with the designating letter or number that matches the letter or number in the instructions. If that sticker is missing, look at the drawing in the instruction parts list, and try to recognize the part by its shape or characteristics like holes or grooves. We have provided both text and a drawing in each step, so using both will help the most. Each step assembles only a few parts, so just take it one step at a time. To use Cam Locks 1. Insert Cam Pin until snug 2. Set boards together 3. Insert Cam Lock 4. Turn Cam Lock clockwise (half a turn) Do not overtighten Note arrow direction If it won t turn halfway, back out the Cam Pin ¼ turn and try Cam Lock again. To assemble: Step 1 Use four Drawer Screws (4) to attach the Drawer Right Side (J) and the Drawer Left Side (K) to the Drawer Front (I) as shown. 4 4 Step 2 Use the two Handle Screws (3) to attach the Handle (10) to the Drawer Front (I) as shown. Step 3 Use four Drawer Screws (4) to attach the Drawer Back (L) to the Left and Right Drawer Sides. Step 7 Insert four Cam Bolts (1) into the holes of the Shelf (D). Use Cam Bolts and Cam Locks (2) to secure the Dividers (E) to the Shelf (see How to Use Cam Locks on page 3). 1 4 2 4 Step 8 Insert four Cam Bolts (1) into the holes on the opposite side of the Shelf (D). Use Cam Bolts and Cam Locks (2) to secure the Drawer Dividers (P) to the Shelf. Step 9 Insert two Cam Bolts (1) into the holes of the Left Side (B). Use Cam Bolts and Cam Locks (2) to secure the Left Side to the Shelf (D). 1 2 2 2 Step 10 Insert two Cam Bolts (1) into the holes of the Right Side (C). Step 11 Insert eight Cam Bolts (1) into the holes of the Base (H). Use Cam Bolts and Cam Locks (2) to secure the assembly to the Base. Step 13 Fit the slot of the Divider Shelf (F) in the slot of the Vertical Divider (G). Repeat to make three sets. Step 14 From the back of the unit, slide the Divider Shelf and Vertical Divider assemblies into the slots of the three compartments. Step 15 Slide the Back (N) into the grooves of the Sides and Bottom.
