It wll enable servce techncans to perform ther tasks on the coffee machne and ts add-on unts. These tasks nclude start-up, programmng, mantenance work, troubleshootng and product qualty settngs.! III. Machne error codes If an error occurs when the machne s n operaton, error messages are dsplayed on the dsplay. The error code lst provdes solutons. Indvdual components (heatng, motor valves, etc.) can be checked usng the respectve test menu (nput and output ports) see p. 15 and p. 14. As a matter of course, always restart the system frst, see p. 13. An event message s not dsplayed, but rather only recorded n the error hstory. The varable ndcated n the column Descrpton refers to the error hstory n Servce Tool 3. Error No. Error text Descrpton Soluton/remedy 2 Door open The grounds door s open, all outputs are blocked (Spg 24Vx s nterrupted n Hardware). The ongong product s stopped and the devce mmedately actvates the energy-savng mode. 3 Communcaton LP The power PCB has not responded three tmes wthn 1.5 sec. after PowerOn or s not ready, respectvely. 6 Old software SPLP The software verson of the power PCB s out-of-date. The power PCB remans n Reset status. 7 Ext. flash SW The software verson n the external Flash does not correspond to the software verson n the nternal Flash. 8 Internal CAN The CPU Prnt has not receved a message from the power PCB for longer than 800 ms. Close the grounds door. Devce must be restarted. restart the system; f that does not help, then swtch machne OFF/ON (dsconnect power for 30 seconds). The dsplay ndcates the requred software verson whch must be nstalled on the SPLP and/or s compatble wth the SPCPU-SW. Load requred software on the SPLP. Update the external Flash once agan. The versons must ft exactly. Possbly update once agan. Check the 14-pn cable from SPLP -- SPCPU; normally the CPU Prnt receves a message from the power PCB every 20 to 40 ms. It s for that reason that the devce was restarted. The programmed amount from 1.22 has been reached. 110 Flowmeter error Fewer than 2 pulses were detected wthn 2 sec. at Turbne B8 whle a coffee was beng dspensed. Nether of the turbne wheels acheved the requred quantty (2 pulses) wthn 2 sec. 111 Flowmeter error Fewer than 2 pulses were detected wthn 2 sec. at Turbne B9 whle a coffee was beng dspensed. Nether of the turbne wheels acheved the requred quantty (2 pulses) wthn 2 sec. 115 Check the water outlet If the brewng contaner does not fall below B5 wthn 1 mn. at the start of a BST, then ths message wll be dsplayed. 116 Electrode B5 Electrode B5 was not actvated wthn 75 s durng the water search n the ntalzaton process. 117 Electrode B4 Electrode B4 was not reached wthn 120 s durng the cleanng. 118 Electrode B5 Electrode B5 was actvated durng the water search, but fewer than 300 pulses (480 ml) were dosed. Set Mantenance counter 6.12 to zero. The flter must be replaced and the counter 6.3 water quantty must be cleared. All further brews untl rnsng are blocked untl the emptyng has been confrmed wth the CLEAN button. One brewng settng s deactvated. Check water ntake. Fnshed producton of the ongong product s tme-controlled on the bass of the most recently determned and vald tme. The error s cleared from the dsplay at the tme of product start and product completon. Force. 143 Cleaner reserve Message as to how many cleanng cycles can stll be carred out. One cleanng can have 1 or 2 cycles wth cleaner. 144 Cleaner empty Cleanng flud s empty. When the error message appears for the frst tme, an addtonal 8 cleanng cycles can be carred out. 160 Battery low The voltage of the battery on the CPU s less than 2.5V or s absent. 200 Communcaton CS No Acknowledge (acknowledgement) to a message sent by the master (the coffee machne) came from the slave wthn 0.2 sec. or Ack-Tmo, respectvely. 201 Communcaton CS No data was receved wthn 5 sec. --> Data tmeout 202 Communcaton CS The check sum of one data packet was ncorrect. 203 Communcaton CS 5 NAK's (not understood) n a row have come back from the accountng devce. replace the battery (type CR2032, 3V). Cauton: Data could be lost f the power supply fals whle the battery s dead. Possbly the cable s broken or the accountng devce s not swtched on. Possbly the cable s broken. 204 Communcaton CS Payment protocol CS s deactvated. The cause s a USB cable that has been plugged n. Remove USB cable. 210 Accountng CAN The accountng devce has not returned a status response wthn 16 sec. 211 Accountng CAN An error wth a dfferent communcaton has occurred on the accountng devce (nterface). Press the Clean button, the CAN bus s re-ntalzed f nothng s runnng. Error s cleared automatcally as soon as the status s receved once agan..
