Lay out all of the components on a soft surface as if you were preparing to do a jigsaw puzzle. 3 4 Carefully identify each component, especially those that are similar. The most common mistake is getting things back to front. 5 6 Separate and identify each component from the hardware pack and rest each one in its proper fully tighten screws (leave slightly loose).when the item is fully assembled tighten the screws - but do not over tighten. If glue is required DO NOT set until you are certain that the parts belong together. Page 2

Step 1 2 x CL Runners Tracks (H6) 6 x Small () (P3) H6 H6 H6 CL Attach 2 x CL Runner Tracks (H6) to Left Side (P3) with 6 x Small (). Step 2 2 x CR Runner Tracks (H7) H7 CR H7 6 x Small () H7 (P4) Attach 2 x CR Runner Tracks (H7) to Right Side (P4) with 6 x Small (). Step 3 10 x Dowels () 10 x Cam Bolts () (P4) (P3) Insert 10 x Dowels () into Left Side (P3). Attach 10 x Cam Bolts () to Left Side (P3) and Right Side (P4). Page 4

Step 4 2 x Cam Nuts () (P6) (P7) (P6) (P7) This is how a cam nut works... The head of the cam bolt goes into the open mouth of the cam nut. You then turn the cam nut so it tightens over the bolt. Insert 1 x Cam Nut () into the hole of each Rail (P7). Rotate the cam nuts so the arrows point towards the incoming cam bolts. Attach 2 x Rails (P7) to Left Side, then tighten all cam nuts. Attach 2 x Rails (P6) to Left Side. Step 5 3 x Cam Nuts () (P5) (P8) Insert 3 x Cam Nuts () into the holes of Shelf (P5).Rotate the cam nuts so the arrows point towards the incoming cam bolts. Attach 1 x Shelf (P5) to Left Side, then tighten all cam nuts.attach 1 x Rail (P8) to Left Side. Step 6 (P5) (P9) (P8) Slide Back (P9) into the groove of Shelf (P5) and Rail (P8).Colour face to outside. Page 5

Step 7 5 x Cam Nuts () (P4) 4 x Plastic Glides (5) 5 10 x Dowels () 5 (P10) 20mm 5 (P6) (P6) (P5) (P8) (P7) Insert 10 x Dowels () into Shelf (P5) and Railes (P6,P7,P8). (P3) Insert 3 x Cam Nuts () into the holes of Shelf (P5) and 1 x Cam Nut into each Rail (P7). Rotate the cam nuts so the arrows point towards the incoming cam bolts. Push Right Side (P4) into place and tighten the cam nuts. Then hammer 4 x Plastic Glides (5) on Side s (P3, P4). (P7) 5 5 Step 8 2 x Dowels () 2 x Cam Bolts () (P4) (P10) 2 x Cam Nuts () Turn carcase onto feet. Insert 2 x Dowels () into Right Side (P4). Attach 2 x Cam Bolts () into Right Side (P4). Insert 2 x Cam Nuts () into the holes of Back (P10). Rotate the cam nuts so the arrows point towards the incoming cam bolts. Push Back (P10) into place and tighten the cam nuts. Page 6

Step 9 17 x Cam Bolts () 2 x Connect Plates (3) 6 x Small () 3 (P1) 3 3 Attach 17 x Cam Bolts () into Top s (P1) and as shown. Attach 2 x Connect Plates (3) to Top (P1) with 6 x Small (). Step 10 6 x Dowels () (P1) 8 x Cam Nuts () (P10) (P4) (P3) Insert 6 x Dowels () into Side s (P3,P4) and Back (P10). Insert 8 x Cam Nuts () into the holes of Side s (P3,P4) and Back (P10). Rotate the cam nuts so the arrows point towards the incoming cam bolts. Attach Top panel (P1), make sure all dowels and cam bolts fit properly and then tighten the cam nuts. Page 7

Step 11 4 x Cam Bolts () (P11) 5 (P12) 5 4 x Plastic Glides (5) 5 5 Attach 4 x Cam Bolts () into Side s (P11) and (P12) as shown. Then hammer 4 x Plastic Glides (5) on Side panels (P11) and (P12). Step 12 4 x Dowels () 4 x Cam Nuts () (P13) (P12) Insert 4 x Dowels () into Side s (P11, P12).Insert 4 x Cam Nuts () into the holes of Back (P13). Rotate the cam nuts so the arrows point towards the incoming cam bolts. Push the side s (P11) and (P12) into place and tighten the cam nuts. (P11) Step 13 4 x Dowels () 9 x Cam Nuts () (P13) (P12) (P11) CAREFULLY TURN OVER Insert 4 x Dowels () into Side s (P11, P12). Insert 9 x Cam Nuts () into the holes of Back (P13) and Side s (P11, P12) Rotate the cam nuts so the arrows point towards the incoming cam bolts. Attach Top and tighten the cam nuts. Page 8

Step 14 6 x Small () (P1) 3 x Long Dowels (2) 2 x Bolts (4) 2 2 2 (P10) 4 (P11) 4 (P1) Insert 3 x Dowels (2) into Top (P1). Join Top s (P1) and with Connect Plates (3) and 6 x Small (). Join Back (P10) and Left Side (P11) using 2 x Bolts (4). Step 15 4 x Small Cam Bolts (0) 0 0 0 0 (P14) Attach 4 x Small Cam Bolts (0) into Drawer Front (P14). Page 9

Step 16 4 x Small Cam Nuts (1) 1 (P15) 1 This is how a cam nut works... Step 17 The head of the cam bolt goes into the open mouth of the cam nut. Rotate the cam nuts so the arrows point towards the incoming cam bolts. Push Drawer Sides (P15) and (P16) into place and tighten the cam nuts. (P17) (P16) 1 1 (P15) (P16) Slide Drawer Base (P17) into the groove in Drawer Sides (P15) and (P16). (P14) Step 18 H2 H2 (P18) 4 x Long (H2) (P15) (P17) H2 H2 (P16) (P14) Attach Drawer Back (P18) to Drawer Sides (P15,P16) with 4 x Long (H2), make sure that the groove lines up the whole way around the drawer. Step 19 1 x DL Runner (H8) H9 DR 1 x DR Runner (H9) (P16) 4 x Small () H9 H8 (P15) DL H8 Attach 1 x DL Runner (H8) to the bottom of Left Drawer Side (P15) and 1 x DR Runner (H9) to the bottom of Right Drawer Side (P16) with 4 x Small (). Step 20 Repeat step 15 to step 19 to assemble the other drawer. Page 11

Step 21 Put the drawers into the desk. Please make sure your chest is sitting squarely on the floor,then tighten all the screws and bolts being careful not to over tighten The job is now complete! In the interest of our environment Please dispose of all packaging thoughtfully. Page 12
