Paddles will be distributed to bidders at the HFF Black & White Cocktail Night and shall be used to place a bid during the live auction. All articles will be sold to the highest bidder conforming to the bidding process. By submitting a bid, the bidder affirms he/she has inspected all items. All auction items and memorabilia for purchase must first be paid by cash, check, credit card or *royalty deduction in order to receive the auction item. (*Note: Herbalife Family Foundation is no longer able to accept payment via royalty deduction for Memberships based in India and South Korea) Shipping and/or delivery of auction items are not included.
