Stage 2: The competition for the position of Senior Lecturer will consist in the examination of the candidate s dossier and the delivery by the candidate of a minimum 45-minute public lecture on the candidate s most significant professional achievements and the plan for the development of his university career. This stage will also include a part where the commission will ask questions.
The complete list of documents on which candidates should be included in the contest The candidate elaborates an application file with the following documents in order to apply for the position of professor: 1. Application for the contest, signed by the candidate, including a statement about the authenticity of the information submitted in the file; 2. Proposal of academic career development, both in scientific and didactic terms; the proposal is written by the candidate and does not include more than 10 pages, one of the main criteria for candidate`s tie break; 3. Curriculum vitae of the candidate, printed and in electronic format on CD; 4. List of candidate papers, printed and in electronic format on CD 5. Checklist for verifying the fulfilment of the university safety standards, whose standard is provided in its own competition methodology, displayed on the university website. The checklist is filled in and signed by the candidate; 6. Documents related to the Ph.D. degree, a certified copy of the Ph.D. diploma and if the original Ph.D. degree is not recognized in Romania, certificate of recognition or equivalence thereof; 7. Abstract of the Ph.D. thesis in Romanian and in a foreign language within a page for each language; 8. Candidate statement, indicating situations of incompatibility under Law no 1/2011, or the lack of such incompatibility; 9. Certified copies or other certificates attesting the applicant`s studies (bachelor`s degree and transcript of records) 10. Copy of identity card. If the candidate does not have ID, a copy of passport or other identity documents issued in an equivalent purpose; 11.
