MoU for Twin Tower Trade Center Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Hardeep Singh Puri has said that the Government has taken a very active policy to protect the region from being more isolated by enhancing the strength and efficiency of North-Eastern India and improving overall connectivity and infrastructure. SCIENCE AND TECHNOLO GY First Combat practice between India and Vietnam India and Vietnam's forces took part in a joint parade in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh on January 29, 2018. This joint parade will last for six days. This exercise has been named 'Winbacks'. It is the introduction of increasing defense cooperation between the two countries. This is the first joint military practice to be held between the two countries. India and Vietnam are working on ways to further strengthen defense cooperation.
