EFF: key in women involvement EFF goal: g) promote equality between men and women in the development of the fisheries sector and fisheries areas and art. 11 The Member States and the Commission shall ensure that equality between men and women.. Axis 3 : (k) networking and exchange of experience and best practice among organisations promoting equal opportunities between men and women and other stakeholders Axis 4 : The EFF may also finance up to a maximum of 15 % of the priority axis involved, measures such as the promotion and improvement of professional skills, worker adaptability and access to employment, particularly in favour of women, provided that these measures are an integral part of a sustainable development strategy and that they have a direct link with the measures described in paragraph 1.
