TRAMPOLINE FRAME ASSEMBLY Refer to the Parts List for identification of parts The trampoline should be assembled by two physically capable adults. We recommend wearing suitable shoes for this task. Take care to maintain balance to prevent a fall. Follow all instructions and warnings carefully to avoid serious injury. 1. Lay out all the trampoline parts in groups, as shown in the picture. 2. Begin by attaching two leg extensions to form a U shape. Use the screws provided to fasten the legs. 3. Form a large circle with the top rail pieces With a second person holding the opposite end, bring both ends circle together and join them. T section screw holes should be on the Inside. 4. The top rail should look like this when complete with the T sections facing down. 5. Attach the U shaped leg parts to the top frame. Fasten into position with the screws provided. 6. Now the frame assembly is complete.
TRAMPOLINE MAT AND COVER ASSEMBLY Placement of springs, as illustrated in step 13, may require the help of a second person. WARNING: Springs will create high levels of tension when assembled. Please take care not to pinch your fingers and do not stand opposite to where the person is attaching the springs. 7. With the stitched portion facing down, lay the jumping mat inside the frame and attach a spring into one of the triangular rings on the mat. The more curved end of the spring is the side that attaches to the mat. Then attach the other end of the spring to the frame. This may take effort due to spring tension. 8. Repeat this step directly opposite where you attached the first spring. Then attach two more springs halfway between the first two, directly opposite each other. 9. Use the spring tool, as shown in the picture above. Springs under heavy tension may require more springs to be attached next to them every four or five holes along, so that the spring tension is evenly distributed. 10. Attach the remaining springs until all springs are placed on the frame securely. 11. Pull the black frame cover onto the outer edge of the top rail and pull it inwards so that the springs are covered. It should be fitted like a shower cap. Tie all the black straps to the top rail. Do not tie them to the springs. 12. The trampoline is now complete, ready for the net assembly.
