AH37 Series CMOS Bipolar Latch Hall Effect Sensor Outline AH37 Series Hall sensor is a digital output Hall IC based on CMOS process, bipolar excitation, with latch function in the output signal. The sensor chip is made based on CMOS process, has lower power consumption, with built-in reverse voltage protection, voltage regulators, temperature compensation circuit, Hall voltage generator, Schmitt trigger and output driver etc circuit unit. Excellent voltage regulator and temperature compensation circuit ensure the sensor s stable operation within a wide voltage range and temperature range, the reverse voltage protection circuit avoids the sensor to be damaged by reverse voltage. Magnetic and electric transfer characteristic Bipolar Latch Hall Effect Sensor Magnetic and Electric Transfer Characteristic: When the S pole of magnet faces the mark surface of the sensor and is closed to sensor(b Bop),the sensor outputs low level; When the N pole faces the mark surface and is closed to sensor (B Brp),the sensor outputs high level. When the magnet if far away with the sensor (B=0), the output status of the sensor is latched and remains constant. In order to change the output status, the applied magnetic field must be opposite polarity. The latch function enables the sensors more stable switch state.
