Statement of Woks Data Template Vesion: 4.0 Date: 16.08.17 This Statement of Woks (SoW) Data Template is to be completed by Distibution Netwok Opeatos (DNOs) in ode to povide National Gid the equied data fo SoW applications. Thee ae two types of SoW applications; an initial SoW baseline assessment and a SoW update. The baseline assessment is fo the fist SoW application of the GSP(s) within the new SoW pocess and the SoW update is fo when the mateiality tigge has been beached and a netwok e-assessment is equied. The baseline assessment has moe extensive data equiements as it is the fist time the detailed netwok data is being povided. In the SoW updates a educed set of data can be supplied as data is only equied whee thee have been changes fom the baseline assessment. A summay of the data equiements is outlined in the table below SoW Application Data Requiements Data Schedule Embedded Powe Station Data Fault Infeed Data Demand Data Netwok Data Medium Powe Station Data SoW Baseline Assement Full submission of all data Full submission of all data Full submission of all data Full submission of all data Full submission of all data SoW Update Only changes to Embedded Powe Stations Only the contacted Embedded Powe Station fault infeed. Updated annually o post season Only when equied fo new connections Only equied fo new connections Please note that the Statement of Woks pocess being eviewed within the ENA howeve it is envisaged that this dataset will emain unchanged following this eview.

Gid Code Link to Data Requiements NG equies the infomation within this data template to detemine the impact on the NETS. Fo example, a 33 kv PV fam will impact the PQ chaacteistics at the BSP. NG does not model below the BSP level theefoe this infomation needs to be povided by the DNO. Voltage studies ae dependent on eactive powe flows, thus without this infomation an accuate voltage study cannot be undetaken. This equiement is futhe claified within Planning Code Appendix A2 (of the Gid Code) Standad Planning data, Use s System Data (see below). In essence, the infomation equest above is aleady codified. PCA.6 povides a list of possible tigges fo equiing infomation as pe PC.A.2.1.4. Whee existing data povision is insufficient fo the pupose of poducing meaningful system studies, NGET may easonably equest such data
