Nicholas Sallnow-Smith Chairman HKGCC Manpower Committee Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director The Link Management Limited Mr. Nicholas Sallnow-Smith has been an Independent Non-Executive Director and the Chairman of the Board of the REIT Manager since April 2007. He is also the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and the Finance and Investment Committee of the REIT Manager. Mr. Sallnow-Smith has 40 years of experience in the finance and treasury field in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, and has extensive knowledge of the property investment/management industry in Hong Kong. He was Chief Executive of Hongkong Land Holdings Limited between 2000 and 2007. Mr. Sallnow-Smith is an independent non-executive director of Wynn Macau, Limited (a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) and Unitech Corporate Parks PLC (a company listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange), and a non-executive director of Aviva Life Insurance Company Limited in Hong Kong. Ralph Haupter Corporate Vice President; Chairman & CEO, Greater China Microsoft Ralph Haupter currently serves as Corporate Vice President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft Greater China Region (GCR). Haupter is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Microsoft s business and investment in GCR and reports directly to the President of Microsoft International, Jean-Philippe Courtois. Haupter is a 10-year veteran at Microsoft and previously served as area vice president (AVP) of Microsoft Germany. He has also headed of the partner division for Europe, Middle East and Africa and held the general manager position of Microsoft s Small and Midmarket Solutions & Partners Group for Western Europe, both based in Paris, and served as chief operating officer for Microsoft Germany before becoming the German AVP. Prior to joining Microsoft, Haupter served various positions in IBM in Germany and internationally. Born in Markdorf, Germany, Haupter received a bachelor s degree in engineering and a master s degree in 1992 and 1998, respectively. He is married with two children. Stephen Ho CEO CITIC Telecom CPC Mr. Stephen Ho is the Chief Executive Officer of CITIC Telecom International CPC Limited ( CPC ) since 2002 and appointed as the President of China Enterprises Communications Limited in 2010. Mr. Ho carries with him more than 30 years of extensive industry experience. Prior to joining CPC, Mr. Ho held senior positions at Cable and Wireless Systems Ltd, Hongkong Telecom CSL Ltd, Hong Kong Telecom Ltd and iadvantage Ltd. Piotr Feliks Grzywacz CEO Pronoia Group Piotr Grzywacz is a Tokyo based entrepreneur and leadership development expert. Stephen Ng Chairman & Managing Director The Wharf Holdings Limited Stephen Ng is Chairman and Managing Director of the publicly listed The Wharf (Holdings) Limited. He joined the Group in January 1981 and was appointed Director and Chief Financial Officer in October 1987 and Managing Director in May 1989. He was appointed Deputy Chairman in June 1994 and Chairman in May 2015. Farzana Aslam Principal Lecturer, Faculty of Law University of Hong Kong Farzana is currently Associate Director of the Centre for Comparative and Public Law and Principal Lecturer in the Faculty of Law, University of Hong Kong where she teaches Business and Human Rights, Employment Law, Advocacy, and Civil Litigation. She is a U.K. qualified Barrister and CEDR-accredited Mediator, and a Certified Coach with 20 years' experience advising, training, and coaching senior executives on employment related issues, employment law, executive performance, HR strategy, and risk. Farzana serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Justice Centre Hong Kong (www.justicecentre.org.hk), a non-profit organisation working to protect the rights of Hong Kong s forced migrants - refugees, those seeking protection, and survivors of modern slavery. Formerly, Farzana practiced at the London Bar for 7 years before moving to Hong Kong with Goldman Sachs as their principal Employment Law Counsel for the Asia Pacific region where she advised on a full range of employment law and HR issues across the Asia Pacific region, including employment issues relating to downsizing, restructuring, mergers, joint ventures, setting up business in China and India, discrimination, diversity, and cross-cultural and cross-border management. Farzana is co-editor and Contributing Author of Employment Law and Practice in Hong Kong (Sweet & Maxwell Asia) for which she was jointly awarded the University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law Research Output Prize, 2011. She serves on the Editorial Boards of the Asia Pacific Journal on Human Rights and the Law, and the Asian Journal of Legal Education.

Frank Ricciardi Vice President and General Manager of Asia Pacific and Japan Region Cornerstone OnDemand. Frank Ricciardi currently serves as the General Manager for the Asia-Pacific region at Cornerstone OnDemand. He is responsible for the retention and growth strategy for Cornerstone's global portfolio of clients. This strategy is intended to optimize the client experience across the entire client lifecycle from sales, to implementation to ongoing support and service. At the core of the strategy sits the Client Success Program, a comprehensive relationship management capability that is laser focused on the partnership with clients and the ongoing success of the Cornerstone solution within their businesses. Ritchie Bent Group Head of Human Resources Jardine Matheson Ltd Ritchie Bent has lived and worked in Asia-Pacific for more than 30 years. He is currently Group Head of Human Resources for Jardine Matheson Limited. JM Group Human Resources provides strategic support to the Holdings Board and consulting services to businesses across the Group. Part of its work is external, offering services to a number of non-jardine clients. Prior to assuming his current role Ritchie held several positions in Jardine Pacific, the trading arm of the Group. This organisation consisted of more than 30 companies, operated in as many countries, and employed >60,000 people. Positions included: Director of Human Resources, General Manager People Development, General Manager Compensation Services, and Manager Management Development. Before joining Jardines he spent several years with the Royal Hong Kong Police, holding both operational and training roles. In his last posting, he served as a Detective Chief Inspector with the Organised and Serious Crimes Group. His corporate career began in Kodak Ltd (UK), where he spent 3 years in marketing. He is an adjunct professor at the Hong Kong University, an Honorary Teaching Fellow at the University of Leicester (UK), and Visiting Professor at Edinburgh Napier University Business School (UK). He is also a Chartered FCIPD (UK), Fellow and Council Member of the Hong Kong Management Association, and Chairman of the HRD Committee. He speaks Cantonese and holds a Ph.D, M.Sc, and a BA (Hons) History degree.

Bianca Wong Group Human Resources & Corporate Communications Director Jebsen & Co. Ltd. Bianca Wong has been in the human resources field for more than 13 years. As Group HR and Corporate Communications Director, she is responsible for the overall strategy and programmes related to human resources across all Business Units within Jebsen. She supports the Group s growth strategy in Greater China with the full spectrum of HR initiatives on effective recruitment, ensuring the leadership pipeline, engaging employees to achieve excellence as well as preparing them for career development. She also leads and oversees the Group s Corporate Communications strategy, including but not limited to Group s public relations efforts, branding, crisis management and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes across the Greater China region, to promote and cultivate a credible Jebsen brand and uphold its reputation. Prior to joining Jebsen, she worked for FedEx as Managing Director, Human Resource Services for North Asia, responsible for all HR functions for the region, as well as overseeing the HR process and system design for the Asia Pacific division. She was based in Tokyo, Japan prior to returning to Hong Kong in 2009. Outside of work, she is member of a singing group, Brio, and enjoys watching a variety of movies.

Clare Muhiudeen Managing Director, Talent and Rewards, Asia Pacific Tower Watsons Experience Clare brings over 25 years experience in Human Capital consulting to the region including managing complex strategic reward, talent and change programs. Clare s clients include large multinational companies in a range of sectors, including professional services, engineering, luxury brands and telecommunications. She started out as a researcher at the London School of Economics before joining the then Wyatt Company in London to work in HR consulting. Since then her career has progressed through the organization; from managing the HR consulting team in London, the UK team and then managing the HR consulting business across Europe and the Middle East. In that role, Clare opened the Watson Wyatt Dubai office and was a member of the Dubai board and the European Executive Leadership team. In 2009, Clare together with her husband, transferred to Hong Kong, to lead Towers Watson s Asia Pacific Talent and Rewards business. From Hong Kong, Clare manages a business of 480 consultants across 13 markets. Clare is a member of the Towers Watson Regional Asia Pacific Leadership team and the Global Talent and Rewards Leadership team. William W (Bill) Kooser Associate Dean for Global Outreach University of Chicago Booth School & Business William W Kooser is the Associate Dean for Global Outreach at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Based in Hong Kong, Kooser is responsible for developing relationships with key government, business, and media leaders to promote the school, as he identifies ways to further raise the school s stature and increase activity. He has had a nearly 30 year career in management education, most of it at Chicago Booth. He has held a variety of positions at the school including Director of Admissions, director of Career services, and Associate Dean for Executive MBA Programs. Kooser received his BA from Yale University in 1978 and an MBA from Chicago Booth in 1981. He also earned an MBA from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Leuven, Belgium.

The Honourable John Tsang Chun-wah, GBM, JP Financial Secretary Mr Tsang spent his secondary school years in La Salle College in Hong Kong and Stuyvesant High School in New York City. He pursued his interest in architecture at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and went on to receive a Master Degree in Bilingual Education from Boston State College and a Master Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. Mr Tsang worked in the Boston Public Schools prior to joining the Hong Kong civil service in November 1982. As a member of the Administrative Service, he served in a number of posts in the Government. After reunification, he served as Director General of the London Economic and Trade Office, Commissioner of Customs and Excise, Secretary for Planning and Lands and Permanent Secretary for Housing, Planning and Lands (Planning and Lands). Mr Tsang was appointed Secretary for Commerce, Industry and Technology in August 2003. He chaired the successfully concluded World Trade Organisation Ministerial Conference in Hong Kong in December 2005. He was appointed Director of the Chief Executive's Office in January 2006 and has been serving as Financial Secretary since 1 July 2007. Mr Tsang is married with two children.
